Yes IL received in August, initially scheduled for October and later rescheduled to 3rd week in November.

This is information from those who did theirs at IOM. You pay for the vaccines during the medicals. This is besides what you initially paid during registration.

I've just received an IL from the Lagos Consulate for 3rd week in October 2023. EB2-NIW. Priority Date: Feb 2022, DQ: September 2022. Hopefully others also received ILs.
