I asked this question because by this time last year, most schools have written putme but till this moment (July), no school has written or even announced the dates for their putme.

Some people said its because there is no minister for Education yet, some said maybe the institutions are not ready yet. I dont know which one to believe. Please does anybody why the delay why some schools have not written putme yet?

Hey op, its interesting dat u brought up dis topic cuz tons of nigerian boys/men are most definitely in ur shoes. I used 2 b shy around girls as well until i asked maself what woman are realy attracted to in a man. From my research, personality, confidence, charisma, wealth, looks (not very important ), intelligence r major traits dat wud make a woman want 2 know u better. Nothong beats personality, not even money. Money comes and goes, personality stays with you even if ure broke. Back to ur question, how to woo a woman? There is no 1 size fits all approach. When i spot a lady dat tickles my fancy, i simply walk up to her and introduce myself as respectfuly as possible, but i always make sure i am well groomed ( smell good, well dressed and beaming a smile), all this is associated with personality. Subsequently i compliment something shes wearing ( cud b her earrings or wristwatch ), most ladies wud say thank u. And then boom, d ice is broken i start a regular convo hoping to get her no. Dats just d basic start. Subsequently u need to find out more about her and perhaps ask her out on a date. But its gradual, dont push it. U must act cobfident all thru dis, a lady knows when ure nervous.
