You need to first download the app but make sure you download a known app such as buybeet, beetget, kuucoyn etc.

Make sure you do at least Level 1 verification before you put your money there.
After you have done your verification you can than buy the general currency called USDT through the Peer-to-peer process. Your 100K when converted will be about USDT57. Note that you don't need to use your debit card when making payment. Don't buy everything at once, try and break it up into smaller amounts, for instance you can buy 20K worth so that you can use it as training to fully understand the process.

I quoted the comment below and recommended alternative exchanges to him and got banned.

If you go to page 4013 on this thread you will see that the very first comment on that page which incidentally is my comment was blocked.
