Though Workforce has been recruiting for FBN for sometimes now, i must confess at this point in time that both Workforce and FBN officials especially the Hr staff of FBN do indulge in some dirty acts that are unethically and unprofessionally based. I passed through this same process by Workforce last year successfully, thus i can tell u that as at April 30th, 2013 about 191 young men and women graduated from Fbn First Academy, Iganmu, Lagos (for both batches 1 & 2 of the 2012 FBNGRP) and have since been posted to various branches of FBN nation-wide. I'll not tell u what i saw cos it's my organisation. God can make a way for any man any where.

jamesbridget13: normally its meant to submit itself but am sorry this one wont submit ur paper. Its just like u took an exam, wrote very well n didn't submit finally. My aunt is a contract staff at First Bank, they were called 2 ABJ last week n instructions on hw 2 make it in this test was told 2 them. She warned me to make sure i submit, dat if i dont then i didn't participate. First Bank wants them to ve higher chances of getting this job n becoming full staff. In all make we dey look there could be a miracle

Hahaha....don't get too excited,cos ur jst starting ur journey...they are jst gonna tell u abt access bank nd some oda tins abt customer service nd stuff...den u wud be told dt u myt b shortlisted to take access banks aptitude test,if u pass,u move on to d interview nd go thru all dier processes,if successful,u start training skul..hehehe
