Please would you advice i use an agent to assist with my application for admission and also for a student permit or its better to do it myself?

im looking at a Food sfety and quality assurance graduate certificate program at conestoga college (duration of 1 year), January 2020 intake.

I dont know if this has been answered before but im thinking of writing TEF to boost my CRS score, i have a very very basic knowledge of French.

Where would you advice i go to get classes (im in abuja), and will it be possible for me to be ready to write the test 6 months after i start classes?

any advice would really be appreciated.
