Job Title: Van Sales Representative

Location: VGC Lekki, Lagos State
(It would be preferable if the applicant resides within Lagos Island, Jakande, Orchid road and Lekki Ajah axis.)

Employment Type: Permanent

Salary: N70,000 to N75,000


Job Summary


• The Van Sales Representative is to ensure that the company’s products are visible and properly merchandise in all relevant outlets in the assigned route.


Job Description

• To achieve direct load out and redistribution of stocks from Company Factory and or distributors’ warehouse to retail outlets within assigned Routes

• To achieve effective coverage of retail outlets in your Routes.

• To establish, maintain and expand your outlet base by continually developing new outlets.

• To effectively execute Sales Drivers/objectives in all covered outlets.

• Ensure value chain compliance and implementation.

• Organizing sales visits.

• Demonstrating and presenting products.

• Maintaining accurate records.

• Attending trade exhibitions, conference and meetings.

• Negotiating contracts and packages.

• Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.


Qualifications

• OND / HND / B.Sc with atleast 2 years Van Sales Rep experience in FMCG, preferably in Food and Beverages.

• Ideal candidate must be able to drive with a valid driver’s license

• Basic Communication Skills verbal, written

• Basic arithmetic skills

• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain your enthusiasm and energy on the job is essential


Additional Information:

• Candidate should be resident of Lagos Island, Jakande Lekki Ajah VGC and or its environs.

Job Title: Production Coordinator

Location: Sango Ota, Ogun State

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
As a production coordinator, you’ll oversee the production process, coordinating all production activities and operations. You’ll need to:
• Plan and draw up a production schedule
• Decide on and order the resources that are required and ensure stock levels remain adequate
• Maintain and management equipment and company assets
• Set the quality standards
• Ensure that the production will be cost effective by estimating costs and negotiating and agreeing budgets with both clients and coordinators
• Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed
• Monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control programmes
• Liaise with different departments, teams and companies, e.g. suppliers, coordinators, clients
• Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed at all times
• Ensure customer orders are completed on time and to budget and that quality standards and targets are met
• Work with coordinators to implement the company’s policies and goals
• Collate and analyse data, putting together production reports for both factory coordinators and customers
• Supervise and motivate a team of workers

Qualification/ Experience
• Minimum Qualification BA/BSc/HND from a reputable institution
• Impressive demonstrable track record in data management and analytics
• Have considerable knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Have considerable knowledge of good management practices.

Remuneration: N45,000 – N60,000 Monthly.
