Question about making a site, two questions really. I would like to create a site about anime but am not sure where to begin.

Should I create a blog or a website? It seems blogs are an easy to use content management system but have limitations. However, if I create a site with individual pages that looks like alot of work.

Has anyone created their own anime site and what platform did you use?

Secondly I want to use pictures in my posts but am worried about copyright issues, can I just copy or maybe just link to a picture? Do the anime sites care?
