One of the hardest lessons I had to learn is that you can’t eat your seed and expect a harvest. I remember back in school, each time I got extra cash, I spent it immediately. It felt good in the moment, but months later, I had nothing to show for it. The truth? Wealth comes from patience. You delay today’s pleasure so you can enjoy tomorrow’s freedom. |
Comfort zones are dangerous because they feel safe, but in reality they kill growth. Think about it — how many opportunities have you ignored because you were afraid to be uncomfortable? The life you want is almost always outside your comfort zone. |
Show me your habits, I’ll show you your future. If your daily routine is scrolling 6 hours on social media, what kind of future are you really building? Your future doesn’t arrive suddenly — it grows from what you repeatedly do today. |
We like to think motivation is the key to success. But the truth is, motivation fades. If you only act when you ‘feel like it,’ you’ll quit halfway. What keeps you going is discipline — showing up even when you don’t feel like it. Motivation is the spark, but discipline is the fuel that keeps the fire burning. |
A lot of us delay progress because we want to start big. I know someone who said he won’t launch his idea until he gets ₦500k capital. Years later, he’s still waiting. Meanwhile, another guy started the same idea with just ₦20k. It was rough at first, but today he’s far ahead. Sometimes, ‘I need more money’ is just an excuse. The real question is: what can you do with what you already have? |
_I remember when I first tried to save money for something important. Each time I set money aside, an unexpected expense would pop up. After a while, I realized I wasn’t just unlucky — I had no system. Then I changed my approach: instead of saving only when I had ‘extra,’ I started treating savings like an expense. Just like paying for food or transport, I paid myself first. |
Let's talk about something: NIGERIA AT 65. Now a lot of people argue about how the country is getting worse by the day... And how the economy is breaking down every single month. People are so PESSIMISTIC about this country They never say anything good You know why...? Because we always COMPARE ourselves with other developing nations of the world. We Never acknowledge and thank God for the little success you've had over the years be it economical, educational or technological Now let me give you a quick break down of Nigeria's GPD in the last few years since from independence 1960: $65.6 billion 1970: $101.1 billion 1980: $160.6 billion 1990: $ 153.2 billion 2024: $224billion Note: this are all rough figures not the certain amount The NATIONAL BUREAU OF STATISTICS (NBS) don't usually realise certain figures. Now: you be the judge here Since from the year 1960 has Nigeria not experienced growth ![]() You answer that...... You know what...?? The reason why we can't track our growth is this.... COMPARISM We always aspire to be great nations like USA, CHINA, JAPAN RUSSIA E.T.C which is good but in the process of aspiring always learn to show gratitude for what you've achieved See!! Comparism steals Joy... Whether you like it or not Nigeria is growing. There's no perfect country or economy that is still not undergoing development So always be OPTIMISTIC about your country The bad leadership we're experiencing didn't come to stay It will soon be gone before you know it. SAY A PRAYER FOR YOUR COUNTRY. NIGERIA AT 65. |
Back in school, I kept saying ‘I’ll start when I’m less busy.’ Truth? I wasted months. The day I gave just 1 hour daily, results began. Small actions > stop waiting for the perfect timing. |
Let’s be real: between time and money, which one do you think is the bigger challenge when starting something online? For me, money was tough at first, but discipline with time was even harder. What about you? |
I remember when I first tried balancing school with building something online. My excuse was always: ‘Assignments are too much, I’ll start later.’ Months passed, and nothing changed. One day, I decided to sacrifice 1 hour daily, no matter what. Funny enough, that 1 hour produced more results than the many ‘free days’ I had wasted before. Lesson? Progress isn’t about long hours, it’s about consistent small actions. |
Many people say, ‘I’ll start when I have more time.’ But let’s be honest — nobody ever just ‘finds’ time. Time must be created. Even those who built successful businesses started while juggling school, work, or family. Waiting for perfect timing is just procrastination in disguise. If you can’t create 1–2 hours daily now, what makes you think you’ll magically have it later? |
One thing people don’t realize about online business is that the first skill you must master is not marketing or sales. It’s consistency. Most people start with excitement, post for one week, then disappear. Business doesn’t reward half-hearted effort. Just like a shop owner must open every day, online also requires showing up daily. The internet has a short memory; if you vanish for 2 weeks, people forget you exist. |
When I started, I thought I was smart enough to figure everything out on YouTube. Months passed, and my results? Zero. Then I realized something: free information is scattered and incomplete. It’s like trying to build a house with free bricks but no cement. The day I paid for structured knowledge, things changed. I wasn’t buying the course; I was buying direction. If you’ve ever felt stuck, maybe it’s because you’re trying to build with bricks but no cement. |
One of the biggest lies people believe is: ‘Online money is quick and free.’ No. You still need investment — maybe not millions, but at least enough to learn the ropes. Think about it: even learning a skill like tailoring or barbing requires payment. So why do we think digital skills should be free? The only free thing is trial and error, and that costs more in wasted time. |
When I first heard about online business, thought I only needed my phone and free data. Reality checked me quick. Before you even start learning, you need a little capital. Why? Because knowledge is not free. Whether it’s a course, a guide, or mentorship — you’ll need to invest. I wasted months looking for ‘free ways’ to succeed until I realized that even offline business requires startup money. The truth is, online is cheaper than renting a shop, but it’s not completely free. The earlier people understand this, the faster they’ll stop wasting time. |
Hello my narailand family it's been long. School and business have been really hectic 😪 So what did I miss |

That's it everything happening now have already been planned so many people are having fun watching others suffer just because of their selfish interest bluefilm: |
I never said it's broken your misinterpreting me your just saying that because you think your life is perfect have you ever gone out there to see people who have done their very best and then opportunities they deserve are been taken away and given to people who can't even utilise it just because they hav god parents out there like it's not fair it's painful man when you see what you worked hard for is been taken away from you and given to somebody who does not deserve it Just think about that in your free time correctguy101: |

You think!!! My aunt graduated as one of the best in her department chemical engineering she taught in a primary school for 5 years earning 30k monthly before getting her new job right now It's not all about good grades o You can have good grades and be suffering take lectures for example most of them have PhD but before this guys get paid they have to threaten the government now my school are going on strike and you're here telling me it's all about good grades. Sure good grades are good but when you put your hope on the government your on your way to disappointment go to school have good grades but more over start your own thing and remove your eye on the government Richest people in the world today are not government workers but problem solvers. free2ryhme: |
Every day, I see people rushing out by 5AM, struggling through traffic, working long hours, and still barely surviving by the end of the month. Some are job hunting endlessly — submitting CVs like lottery tickets — yet no response, no opportunities. Those who are “lucky” to get a job are being paid ₦40k to ₦70k monthly, with responsibilities that drain their health and peace of mind. This wasn’t the plan. We were told: “Go to school, get good grades, and everything will fall into place.” But now, many of us are waking up to the harsh reality that the system is broken — and no one is coming to fix it for us. What hurts more is that a lot of people are silently struggling. Smiling at work. Dressed up every day. But deep down, they are tired, burnt out, and unsure of the next move. The truth is: waiting on Nigeria alone is no longer a survival plan. I’m not here to motivate or sell anything. I’m just saying — if you’ve been feeling stuck, confused, or underpaid… you’re not alone. I had to start looking for alternative ways to earn something decent on the side. Quietly. No noise. Because hoping for change without taking action is a dangerous trap. Anyone else feeling the same the way??
