We are each expected to feed the sheep/take care of the sheep, if we want to enter His kingdom. So it is not a special duty for special people but a commandment to all of us, followers of Jesus christ.

I agree with everything that Jesus Christ established as far as His new Covenant is concerned. Jesus Christ did not establish Scripture for you - nowhere in scripture were you informed that He did any such thing.
Also, If you don't follow Paul, then why are you stuck on Paul?

Jesus Christ did not write the letters compiled in your book, ephesians. What Jesus Christ said of authority is He commands that none of His followers(disciples) engage in such.
There is no call that gives any follower of Jesus Christ, not even those you wish to pretend are placed higher above the rest, any authority to lead others in His flock. Jesus Christ is the Head, and everyone else is a part of His body with no part more equal or higher than the others.

Jesus Himself made that statement and established the fact that the body of Christ should have shepherd (pastors) and flocks under them.

God already told you that in the New Covenant, He himself will lead His people.... He alone will be the Teacher. He eliminated the need for MOGs/Teachers/Prophets and appointed Himself the Leader/Teacher/Guide/Counselor/Comforter/Helper.... for all His followers. That is one of the key reasons the New Covenant is different from the old and a departure of sorts.
