Lagos is Yorubaland? Since when? A Badagry man once told me that it is Badagry and Egun people that own Lagos. Yorubas are just settlers same as Igbos. Is it the same Lagos that Oba Dosunmu sold to the British in 1861? But why must the Lagos state Assembly conduct their sittings in Yoruba? Are they there to represent Lagosians or Yoruba people? If there is any indigenous language that has to be used, it has to be Igbo since Igbos make up half Lagos and are the largest ethnic group in that state. Yorubas want one Nigetia? They should be prepared to accept the consequences of it
