Here's a simple overview of the process:

1. Search for your preferred car on copart.com, iaai.com, or manheim.com yourself and send us the links for evaluation and professional advice. Alternatively, we can assist you in searching and send multiple links for you to choose from.

2. Make a security deposit of at least N1,500,000, with the amount depending on the type of car and your willingness to commit.

3. We will proceed with the rest of the process while maintaining communication and updating you.

Please note our terms and conditions for bidding or buying on Copart, IAAI, and Manheim:

- All clients must fund a security deposit of at least N1,500,000 before bidding begins. This deposit covers any fines incurred if you withdraw after winning the bid or purchase. If you do not change your mind, this deposit will be included in the total amount payable for the vehicle.

- Vehicles are generally delivered to the port in the USA within 24 to 48 working hours after payment confirmation.

Estimated costs include:

- The cost of the vehicle on the selected platform plus any charges, with invoices shared with you. We will also communicate the applicable exchange rates and transfer fees.

- Trucking to the nearest port usually costs between $300 and $500 or more, depending on the port's distance from the vehicle's location. Additional fees for non-runners or forklifting, starting at $375, may apply depending on the vehicle's condition at the port.

- Ocean shipping to Lagos via RORO typically costs up to $1,500 and takes between 4 and 8 weeks. Occasionally, unforeseen delays may occur; however, we will actively monitor and keep you updated.

- Our professional bidding and buying service fee is N500,000.

We also charge between 2 and 5 per cent of the total amount spent in naira up to the point we hand over the process to you. This fee does not apply if you want us to conclude the process after bidding, purchasing, and making the payment. In such cases, you may arrange for your trucker or shipping company to pick up the vehicle while we assist in ensuring a smooth release.

- We do not handle customs clearing upon the vehicle's arrival in Lagos unless explicitly requested, subject to certain conditions.

- Storage fees will apply if payments are delayed.

- Clients are responsible for fees related to telex release and printing at the destination, as we do not provide hard copies of the bill of lading.

- We are not responsible for delays caused by the unavailability of the vehicle’s title at pickup.

- Any additional charges or storage costs due to delays in obtaining the title will be your responsibility.

- If redelivery is delayed due to vehicle condition, costs such as storage and redelivery will be passed on to you.

- Refunds will incur a 50 per cent deduction of your security deposit, so please confirm your decision beforehand.
