Talk down other people's real life experiences and big up their imagined fantasies while beating their chest as the wise, enlightened ones, not knowing that they're actually the biggest and loudest fools in the room.

But the reality of the matter is that such discriminations and favoritism will always happen in every human society, like it or not.
More often than not, the 'oppressed' group would likely do just as worse if roles were reversed.
