Ho Thi Kieu Anh,11, from the central province of Quang Binh, Vietnam was diagnosed with a rare skin condition soon after consuming a bottle of soft drink, Tuoi Tre newspaper reports. Anh was admitted to the hospital on November with the top layer of her skin peeling off. Her family said two hours after she took the soft drink, her skin became swollen as if she was being burnt.
She also suffered from breathing difficulties, fever and a sore mouth. Although she was diagnosed with Lyell's syndrome, a rare, life-threatening skin condition that is usually caused by a reaction to drugs, doctors said the soft drink may be a factor that caused her condition.
On Tuesday, December 2, Hue Central Hospital said on Tuesday that the little girl has been discharged, and her health is now stable.

I had actually been on Facebook digging into the pictures of my newest Facebook crush when that ping came in (by the way, I might probably “expose” the facebook username of the Facebook crush at the end of this winks) Alright. Let me focus on the story. I need to stop digressing. takes a deep breath So, the ping. I minimized my browser and went to BBM to see the evil spirit that was disturbing my life with a freaking BBM ping (I hate pings, by the way, and I always forget to deactivate the vibrations that come with them. After typing this I need go deactivate that thing) So, straight outta Facebook I balled into BBM and lo and behold it was Jaga. That idiot. No, Jaga is not his real name. That’s just what we call him. It’s actually a short version of Jaga Jaga. I don’t know how such evil nickname was given to him. Actually the fool na my guy, and the mumu boy just loves two things in his life more than anything – women and weed…aside from that, the guy no get wahala sha. So I received his message. “Fool”. I typed. “Why you won kill my battery”. Pim. I sent it. He received the message and started typing. I watched the typing thing that shows up near someone’s bbm name when he is typing and waited. Pim. His message entered. “Guy, e get one babe wey dey trip for you here o” I squeezed face. Which type of mumu message is this again. I just received the message, bone the guy and returned to Facebook to continue checking out my crush’s picture from where I stopped. Ping Ping Ping. Three pings, I nearly mad. I rushed back to BBM. “Guy, why u won kill my ba3 na. You chop mess?”. I sent it. “Fool”. He replied. “I won change your life” Then he sent me a picture. I opened it. And my eye “shined”. See, is not like I fall in and out of like easily sha but mehn, I saw that picture and forgot about the other girl I was checking out on Facebook. “Who be this babe”. I asked. Jaga sent me a smiling smiley. Then typed. “Na the girl I been tell you say she dey trip for you. Mumu” I looked at the message. Trip for me ke? Why? See It’s not like I’m looking down on myself or anything (alright, maybe I am) but mehn, that girl was too fine abeg. She can’t be tripping for me. So one thing was certain – Jaga won jonse me. Simple. He started typing…. I waited. “The girl been see your instagram picture come talk say she like you o” (by the way this is my instagram handle, just in case you won see wetin the girl see: IamOlufayo You can follow me if you like) I looked at the message and of course, I didn’t believe him. The guy na jonser. But I still asked: “Who be the girl”. “She be my cousin”. Jaga replied. I squeeze my face, then shake head. No guy tells another guy say him cousin dey trip. It’s like an unspoken rule around guys. We no dey like our guys near our relation. So for this fool to tell me his cousin was tripping then there was something wrong with the story. Why I dey bother even think this matter sef. “Guy”. I typed. “She fine. Bye bye”. Pim, I sent. I didn’t get any message from him again. And I went back to Facebook. Like ten minutes later, my phone notification light started blinking. I checked and it was from BBM And you won’t believe what I saw when I checked my BBM…

Where there is a room for conflict, there is also a room for co-operation and dialogue. The some committee members of the Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB) arrived the DSS office where the IPOB Leader and Director, Nnamdi Kanu has been in detention. They came to find out why Nnamdi Kanu is still detained in the DSS custody.

A top official of the DSS entertained the IPOB members in a friendly and joking manner, and said ''when you want to catch the chicks, first catch their mother. He further gave examples. The Biafran Warlord Ojukwu went into exile. He came back and signed a peace agreement which ended his ambition for Biafra.

Uwazuruike came with his own movement. He was detained and released conditionally, which ended his agitation for Biafra. The same thing will happen to Nnamdi Kanu'' he said and laughed in a friendly way.

The friendly DSS Officer gave the IPOB members a message which came directly from President Muhammadu Buhari. In the message, the President indirectly accepted the marginalization of the Igbos which can spark agitation of this such from any group of people.

The officer who is also a Northerner said the President is not comfortable with the continuous protest from the Biafran Agitators. Stating that the President is treating every region in Nigeria with equity. Just that the Igbo leaders are the problems of the Igbos.
The DSS Officer started explaining more to the IPOB members. He talked about the marginalization of the Igbos. He said, 'the Igbo leaders marginalized the Igbos'.
He said 'your leaders will come and cry to the previous and present central Government about the deliberate neglect, marginalization, lack of infrastructural and developmental facets, under-development and political slavery of the Igbos. They will be allocated a project to go and fix some of the problems facing the Igbos. The Igbo leaders will share it within themselves. Group A will come, Group B will come, Group C will come and so on. All are the same people. If the central Government wish to arrest your corrupt leaders for such embezzlement, your leaders will tag it as ethnic hatred and the same marginalization; other Igbos will believe'.

He continued saying, 'if you really wish to fight for your rights and freedom, start with your leaders. The Igbos have selfish leaders that doesn't listen to their subjects. They have sold the Igbos at 1000 person(s) for ₦5. Your leaders are trading with all of you'.

The friendly and very top official of the DSS entertained over 25 IPOB members, and left them to go. Nobody was arrested. I will not forget what the officer said. He gave example with a case in Ondo State, where the council of Obas banned the Eze Ndi Igbo title in Ondo State. Yet, the Oha-Na-Eze-Ndi-Igbo Government has not said anything. They can not speak, caution and ban the self-acclaimed king; just because the man has bribed them. This is a more reason other ethnics dislike the attitudes of the Igbos. Taking 'their-own-thing' into other regions. Forgetting that a tradition of a certain people might be a taboo to another people.

The DSS Officer went ahead and said that the same thing is happening now in Cotonou, the Republic of Benin. A Chief simply identified as Ebuka is crowning himself a King-for-life (HRM) in another country.

The DSS Officer said, 'a King and also a member of the Oha-Na-Eze-Ndi-Igbo came with the report. The king said, it is not the tradition and constitution of the Igbos to crown a king without domain in Igbo land or outside Igbo land. Thereby, a section of the Oha-Na-Eze-Ndi- Igbo is seeking the DSS to arrest the Chief.

While another section of the Oha-Na-Eze-Ndi- Igbo, some South-Eastern Governors and other Igbo Elites are trooping down to Cotonou, Republic of Benin to crown the Chief as HRM. You can see how he bribed the Igbo leaders to go contrary to the Igbo tradition'.
'Can you see how your leaders are trading with you? If this is not your tradition, why can't the Oha-Na-Eze-Ndi-Igbo stop it immediately?' the DSS Officer asked the IPOB members.

'Hold your leaders responsible for the deliberate neglect, marginalization, lack of infrastructural and developmental facets, under-development and political slavery of the Igbos. If your leaders deny it, then they should speak out in defense' said the DSS Officer.

About 20 top officials of the previous
administration, who were alleged to have played
active roles in the disappearance of $2 billion
meant for the procurement of arms and
ammunition for the country’s armed forces were
taken into custody by the Economic and Finance
Crimes Commission, EFCC, for questioning.
Some of the officials taken into custody are the
former Minister of State for Finance, Ambassador
Bashir Yuguda and a former Director of Finance in
the Office of the National Security Adviser,
Shuaibu Salisu.
The former minister, who worked under Dr. Ngozi
Okonjo-Iweala, was still being questioned by
operatives of the EFCC in Abuja as at last night.
Shuaibu Salisu was said to have been arrested
and detained for a while over various payments
that he allegedly made.
A source in the EFCC confirmed that the sons of
many top-ranking PDP officials were also found to
have received various sums of money under the
guise of supplying weapons for the armed forces
but did not deliver.

Bayelsa state police command has released the 4 men accused of allegedly crashing into the convoy of Former President Goodluck Jonathan in Bayelsa earlier today.
Police investigations indicated that the men wrongly joined GEJ's convoy thinking it was that of Timipre Sylva who they were on the road campaigning with ahead of Saturday's guber election in Bayelsa.
They were released after investigations showed the allegations made against them were unfounded.

The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC,
