Topaz Couture is regularly featured in fashion exhibitions & fashion magazines & also approached by stylists for celebrities.

This is a very exciting period for their brand due to constant growth & future expansion plans hence there is a lot of scope for the right candidate to experience the functioning of the world of Luxury fashion.

Topaz Couture is looking for Fashion Office Administrator/Receptionist to handle their operations initiatives. You must be a quick learner with strong work ethic.

You will be handling the following Duties:
• You will be meeting and greeting all the buyers.
• Sending out samples and receiving all samples/ deliveries
• Office Admin and all front of house responsibilities
• Collects and prepares the merchandise
• Preparing annual reports and budgets
• Entering data into applications
• Handling paperwork
• Handling telephonic queries
• Drafting cheques, invoices and receipts
• Dispersing petty cash
• Sorting and distributing office mail

Brief characteristics of ideal candidates:
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Well presented.
• Excellent phone manner.
• Friendly disposition, positive outlook and enthusiastic.
• Organised and able to prioritise.
• Confident.
• Self-motivated.


Experience with business administration in fashion industry is not compulsory but will be an added bonus.
