Your Decoder. If your Decoder is Mpeg 4. Or H264 and you're viewing an H.265 you would only get the audio. Upgrade Decoder

What can cause a decoder to bring sound and not to display the video or selecting some particular channels like our sport, Al Jazeera but is not showing.......is it the television or decoder or dish
