I'm not writing out eating out completely, but I suffer myself a lot to curtail my outside consumption. Like the whole of two years past, I haven't eaten cooked sold food. I do buy fried akara and yam, seeing its hot nature. But I don't pray to make outside eating a norm again.

One advice is, most people cream themselves with bath-up but their backyard kitchen and conscience are dead and rotten.
Those days, I buy foods and take home to reheat.
