The protest was a big flop. My Obidient neighbour who took excuse from work today to partake in the protest, hoping it would lead to an uprising that would topple the government of Tinubu, returned home disappointed after police tear gas nearly made him blind

Look, I think we should stop all these ''what we did...'' long long ago.

We do not expect them to be grateful for ever, do we? If you want them to be grateful forever, you should have told them from the get-go so they can decide of they want that kind of help, which I am sure they will not accept. No self-respecting person will accept such a conditional help.
You don't know where you belong, my friend

So, you call it conditional in your English

The sacrifices of your parents on your survival is said to be conditional when you refuse to reciprocate in.the future?

Nonsense from you if I get your sentence clearly

Nonsense again

Quality just too much for im body, na world class performance e gave us, very deadly striker

Meanwhile why na when we don almost ja commot naim we dey go this gragra?
My brother, he and Lookman haven't been regularly fit until now. Again, the FA keeps transacting with the qualification series.
Honestly, I pity Victor and some few patriotic players but Nigeria has a very big task to cross. Almost 30% chance to qualify going by the countries we are matching

My question is how even western worlds so advanced makes long riffle like our great grand fathers used to hunt in the bush

I don't know much but I feel shorter length rifles could be more efficient to handle

I know Russia is only forming strength on little Ukraine so switched into them.

Russia can't fight any of their mates directly for long. They are lucky that US is not willing to spend into it that much again seeing it is a loss to their economy

And the stingy E.U is busy speaking English

What many of you don't realize is how such statements and videos undermine this 3rd world nation.

Especially also saying that not paying taxes makes Nigeria far better than other nations... Or that one can be jobless and broke, yet still get by (obviously by leeching off others).

Under normal circumstances, why should anyone simply get by without working just because they have good looks or are willing to sleep with anything that is generous with money?!!

Yet, we claim to be highly religious people.
Thank you for this strong enlightenment

nairalanda1:
Oga I am not excusing tinubu, just pointing out that saying ASUU strike means that tinubu government is evil, is indirectly saying other past governments were evil too.

There is a reason why ASUU goes on repeated strikes. You are not seeing it.
Are they the only educated persons in the country?
Others don't even see much money as school senate get but everyday one name called ASUU won't allow person hear word. I no blame them, I blame military that allows the thieves and cowards to be ruling us
Education › Re: ASUU Begins two-week Nationwide Strike On Monday by donmik: 5:03pm On Oct 12, 2025
nairalanda1:
As I have said many times, the solution is simple...raise the fees....or ask government to take a loan that may pass 10-20 billion dollars or more just to fund universities and pay world class salaries.

I mean, if government could not pay the N3 trillion naira promised in 2009, in 2012 when oil prices were at 100-130 dollars per barrel, dem go pay am now when oil prices are low.

Many of you will quote me to shout saner climes. IN saner climes, it is either high fees, or high taxes (half your salary in places like Denmark and Germany, in the latter you pay higher if you are richer)...or both (see the UK...that's why a UK citizen takes loans for university, unless you are from Scotland).

If you tell me you should not compare Nigeria to saner climes because minimum wage, then that means that you are admitting that we should keep our bad universites. Remember our budget is half of what say the UK spend on police. And our education budget is one third of what Harvard spends on itself. And we are not spending it on univertsites alone

Again in sane climes most people on minimum wage cannot afford university there. Either loans or scholarships if possible

It's funny when people come and abuse me for telling the truth. And then they go call me agbero...when I knew about this since 2013. That was when GEJ told the lecturers some cold hard truths...about university funding.
Just tell us you are one of them. I see that only ASSU and politicians enjoy in all the civilian govt we find ourselves.

What do you do with the accommodation money you collect?

My niece paid 190k for a bedspace with no space in a room of 6.
Multiply 6 × 190k annually for just one small room and you are here talking trash about govt should borrow and spoil ASUU alone.

Nawa for some beings in this nation
Education › Re: ASUU Begins two-week Nationwide Strike On Monday by donmik: 4:57pm On Oct 12, 2025
Though I don't support the pain Tinubu inflicts on the nation but the so-called ASUU makes all the money from schools' accommodation but does nothing to improve the living condition of students which even makes it even harder for the system of learning in this country

Their leaders live in affluence but the lower members rot in hunger
