Pally I can see your good work. Please I need your assistance. A friend of mine is building a duplex on a very sloppy land. After agreeing on high foundation, the Engr back tracked and insisted on building an underground that a high foundation will affect the building in the long run. Please advise us.

A friend of mine is building a duplex on a sloppy land, that is, on a land that is not flat or table like. He was advised to use the sloppy area to build an underground but my friend thinks otherwise and wants a high wall DPC. Which is preferable and why? 1 Share
