the documents I used were B.sc Cert, Transcript, and i also uploaded a copy of my toefl report which i already sent to them through toefl.

these are the documents that are required:

Notarized copy of diploma, transcripts sent by the previous university in a sealed envelope,
printed and signed DreamApply application, *
a simple copy of passport’s identification pages,
a simple copy of proof of English proficiency certificate.

Finally I just got conditional admission and I'm required to send a simple copy of English proficiency Certificate. Pls oo i thought that toefl covers that requirement, have anybody done this yet
