Maybe i made a mistake sha, or maybe u're mistaking ballon for balloon.
To my own best knowledge, Ballon is the lil box which appears on the task bar giving informations, the pop ballon appear when u run out of disk space,get connected,when u infeted by a virus e.t.c
Av u noticed that when u run out of memory,that yellow ballon pops up with the information "click this ballon to free memory" ? well that is y i call it a ballon.

Hey,i finally got an application which enables me to edit d id3 tag of my mp3s its called ENTAGGER MOBILE, d problem am avn nw is dat,it doesnt allow me to save edited mp3s, simply because its a sony ericsson tagged application.Pls can anyone in d house tell me how i can use it on N70 or tell me bout a beta application?
