So I'm going to give you a quick 5 step path to overcoming your own fear of approaching women.

It's a very simple process that anyone can use to get into a conversation with a woman, anytime and
anywhere.

Let's start with...

APPROACH STEP 1: Obey the Three Second
Rule...

When you see a woman you want to meet, you only have about 3 seconds before that voice in your head tries to talk you out of it.

If you wait too long, he gets control over you and you're paralyzed.

Don't let it get you...

The second you see a woman, you start walking over and talking to her and her friends. You might think you need more time to "think of something" to say, but
you don't.

What really happens is that your brain gets trapped in the anxiety of the moment, and fear stops you.

Just walk over. The only thing you need is faith and a good opening, and I'm about to give you both...

APPROACH STEP 2: Fix Your Body
Language...

The second you start moving toward the women, throw your chest out and your shoulders back. Lift your chin so that you're almost looking down your nose a
little.

This might feel awkward at first, but that's only because you aren't used to it.

Fix your posture, and your confidence will actually move up a notch or two as well.

This is because we link emotional states in our mind to physical states in our body.

Now you're ready to...

APPROACH STEP 3: Set a Limit...

You need to feel safe when you walk up to women. What causes most of your anxiety is the thought that you could be rejected or feel foolish around them.

By giving yourself (and them) a limit to how long you'll talk to them, you actually lower your anxiety level and

APPROACH STEP 4: Open the conversation...

I'm going to give you my priceless, guaranteed opening that works just about every time.

It's easy, it's painless, and you can now get rid of that "what do I say?" excuse in your head that stops
you from approaching.

Here it is...

You ready?
...
You sure?

Sorry, I like to tease things out sometimes...

Here's what you say:

"I wanted to let you know that you have
a really nice energy about you. My name
is..."

Or " Excuse, I saw you passing by and I just had to come tell you that you've have an amazing hairstyle. I'm Chris.

It's important you state your intentions for approaching her. This will get her to be more open talking to you.

And then introduce yourself. She'll give you her name, and then you simply ask a quick a question about wherever it is, you can also raise a question with environment you're with her.

if you meet her at a university campus, ask her what brings her to campus..., whether she's a student ..

You can also tease and ask her a funny question.

But don't be to clever with this.

All you need to do is get a little laugh so that you break her tension just enough to show you're a cool dude.

Because you want to get to the next step
quickly...

APPROACH STEP 5: Close and make a gentle
exit...

Your goal is to get her invested in the interaction so that she has something to lose if she doesn't talk to you again.

The fact that a hot girl ends up with a nice guy in movie doesn’t have ANYTHING to do with reality.

In the REAL world, just the opposite happens.

Hot girls NEVER sleep with nice guys.

Here’s why HOT girls NEVER sleep with *nice guys*..


1. Nice guys refuse to see girls for who they REALLY are.

The second you think a girl has zero flaws, you need to pause, take a second and ask a friend to name some.

He’ll name like 5 right way.

Just because you think the girl is perfect, it doesn’t mean that she has no flaws.

It only means that you’re letting her looks influence your perception of a girl.

Never let woman’s looks change the way you see her. Of course she’s hot, but what’s something that makes her better for you than all the other millions of gorgeous women out there.

3. Read it, laugh at yourself for like 2 minutes, cross it out and decide it’s over.


4. Do some state-anchoring movements in that dominant state you'll be feeling for 30-60 seconds, then get back to dominating on your path.

Think about it the next twenty times you meet a new person.

Here it is.....

When two people meet, the first thing they unconsciously searching for is who's in control.

We look to see who shakes hands harder , who holds eye contact longer , who accepts what the other person says quicker or who uses submissive bodylanguage.

There's a deeply uncouncious part of the brain which looks for social order and humans always live in hierarchies.

People who are naturally ''dominant'' and naturally "submissive" both become used it , and these strategies quickly become automatic.

Attractive women are used to being in control, so a man who uses submissive body language, doesn't hold eye contact , allow the girl to control the direction of the conversation, and acts apologetic , has no chance.

As soon as a woman perceives at an unconscious level that she's the one in control (which, by the way, can be as soon as a guy has just walked up to them) all interest is lost and it's almost impossible to recover.

We want to know who's in control first.

If a woman thinks it's her , she's VERY unlikely to feel ATTRACTION for you.

The mindset and belief system that leads to naturally being in control contains the following

1) I'm confident & comfortable in my own skin( posture, breath, movement)

2) I'm a good conversationalist.---especially with women.

3) I'm in control & don't let outside event debalize me.

4) I'm not needy .... I keep my power for me.

5) I think sex is a great and have no hangs up.

6) I'm comfortable around women.

7) I'm the prize,...the man whom women compete over.

I may be smitten by a woman, but I don't tell her early on, and don't let it "slip" indirectly.

9) I never..., even slightly , let women use their looks or sexual power to take advantage. I give them no special privilages.

10) I have high standards and care less of what other think about me.

11) .And my feelings are more important than hers. I put myself and life first.

12) I take 100% responsibility of my life and don't blame my past/present mistakes on anyone.

13) I deserve and can hold an exceptional woman.

14) I'm indifferent to the outcome.

15) I got tons of choices with women and I never take women who play "hard-to-get" seriously.

16) I can deal with any test women throws at me and in fact it's usually kind of cute.

17) I live in my reality and she's a guest.

18) My bodylanguage and vibe gets women unconsciously attracted to me.

19) I'm at cause in the world, and make things happen.

20) Women are cute and silly.

These are beliefs you need to possess, not beliefs you need to talk about.

If you actually internalize these ideas, you will express them far more powerfully than you could possibly do by merely saying them.

2) Appear in a way that communicates confidence, leadership and dominance . Move slowly. Maintain good posture .Speak with conviction.


When you stop being too much of a nice guy, act like a real man and stop being to needy .

spend more time with you... all because you're not
acting needy, clingy, and nice-guy like.

When you are in a conversation with a chick always be attentive and listen to whatever she is talking about.

#3 Word Pickup :

Now that your are an active listener, for you to not be able to run out things to say when your are in a conversation with a lady.

You should pick a word or statement she made and ask a question or relate.

For Example :

For example:
Girl: ….He scared me that day.

Guy: So what kind of situation will you find yourself in
life that will make you become scared?

You can see how the guy used the word “scared” to
ask a question.

To wrap up, for you to keep a conversation smooth
with a girl, you HAVE to be a good listener, so that you
can ask her more deeper and personal questions that
will make her think and build an emotional connection
between you and her.

There are a lot of big differences between
men experienced with women from men who aren't.


One of them is this: most inexperienced guys
fear angry women.


They do NOT want girls to get mad at them.


If a girl gets mad, that means they did
something wrong.


Part of the reason some guys are so nice (and
thus, so unattractive) is because they're
trying not to rock the boat.


They don't want to push the wrong button and
have her snap.


If she does... Look out!


Then you've got an angry girl to deal with.


For experienced guys, it's different.


When you're an experienced guy, you don't
respond the same way to girls who get mad.


You don't avoid it. It doesn't feel so
serious. And you for sure don't FEAR it.


Sometimes you even seek it out.


I've had plenty of conversations where a girl
was not investing herself. So I began to look
for ways to tick her off.


Always in a fun way, of course. Well, usually.


Usually you do this with flirtation, or with
challenging her.


You can do it with facial expressions.


You can do it by dismissing something she
tells you or asks you for (in a playful way).


Either way, she gets teed off... And it's all
in good fun.


But why would some fear anger, while others
revel in it?


WHAT HER ANGER REALLY MEANS


All anger means is that you have AFFECTED her.


Girls get angry at everything they care about.


A bit of research that came out just this
week in the Journal of Applied Developmental
Psychology found girls even get into fights
with their PETS!


One of the reasons I tell guys to learn to be
a jerk is to get them past this "don't make her
mad" hump.


You need to get comfortable with
uncomfortable emotions.


Girls LIKE it when you make them mad...
Assuming you make them the right KIND of mad.


Even if you make them the WRONG kind of mad,
if you know how to turn it around it can work
wonders.


The thing new guys get wrong about girls
getting mad is this:

The WORST thing that can happen between you
and a girl is that she doesn't CARE.


If she is indifferent to you... If you fail
to affect her... That's the worst place to be.


(well, actually it's the second worst. The
WORST worst is if she finds you ANNOYING! So

When you're new, you'll often take pains to
NOT make her mad.


To do this, you will usually have to not do
things that EXCITE her.


Like, for instance:

Deny her requests
Not be always available for her

This is stuff most nice guys won't do because
they don't want girls to get angry at them.


But if she gets angry at you, that tells you

not "real" anger.


It's PLAY anger.


That's another thing new guys often don't get.

seems mad... She isn't.

They do get angry about stuff.


But unless you push them WAY too far, it

They don't state their intentions.





Now below is another example but this time the guy state his intentsions for approaching her





Guy : { sexy voice ) ( talks slowly) Excuse me , i saw you pass by and i had to come meet you and let you know that you look so gorgeous today . I'm Jude and you are ?


Girl : Hi ,Thanks .My name is Jessica



Guy : So what are you up to today ?



Girl : Well am just on my way to shop at the mall.



Guy : Oh great .. [discuss stuff that relates to that ...they exchange contact details.. meet nex time for a date.]



Did you see how the guy this time around state his intention by

telling her she look gorgeous or



he can say he like the way she walks or her beautiful dresss



or a beautiful watch she is wearing or any honest reason why he is approaching her .



Just give her a good reason why you are approaching her which should always be a compliment.



By stating your intentions it reduces chances of you getting rejected.



Mind you you must not use the same approach opener i used above.



You can also open her any style that suites you but make sure you state your intention for approaching her .
