Good morning nairalanders I hope your night was good.

Let me go straight to the point so I don't bore you, yesterday while driving I had to Branch at a mall to get something, at getting what I wanted I was to leave. While leaving the parking lot I was ordered by the mall security guards to use my back because there was no space to reverse at the parking lot.
So this was the situation, the road was a 2 way road, one lane was coming while the other was going. I was supposed to join the lane going but unfortunately there was a little traffic on the lane. So I came out with by back trying to join my lane that was moving slowly though I made enough space for those coming, the lastma traffic waden that was controlling the traffic sighted was going on and stopped the traffic then ordered the rest of it's members to come and arrest me, I explained everything to them which other road users were also pleading on my behalf because they saw what happened and I had no option. There was no traffic light it would have been moving but the lastma man intensionally stoped the traffic just to implicate me, now they are charging me for illegal overtaking to pay fine of 30000 for a vehicle I just got from mechanic day before yesterday I have no dime on me. I'm thinking of allowing them to charge me to court so I can go and defend myself in court or if anyone can help me with connection or if anyone have charged to court before for traffic offense
