The first thing a user does is
start the team creation process,

users who are on the waiting list.
The beginner becomes the
manager of whole new team of
25 players. Moreover, the team
has at its disposal a small
stadium and a small amount of
money. The first thing a beginner
should do is obtain a FITA
license. Team manager should
make a minimum of mistakes to
gain the maximum amount of
money that then could be
invested in the stadium and the
team in order to form best
possible team.
Managing Teams
The manager has to decide
which tactics to use, to find and
hire the perfect coach, and to
train the players and expand the
infrastructure. The goal is to get
a promotion, the championship
and ultimately the Champions
Cup of his region.
Teams now can invest in the
stadium and in improving the
youth players and the centers of
training. Teams are also able to
improve the capacity of the
stadium, improve the food and
merchandise, services and
infrastructure. Training refers to
the acquisition of knowledge,
skills, and competencies as a
result of the teaching of
vocational or practical skills and
knowledge that relates to
specific useful skills. In
marketing, a product is anything
that can be offered to a market
that might satisfy a want or
need.
Teams adjust the tactics of the
game or play on the wings or
decide whether to play in a/an
attacking/defensive style to own
accord.

administrators of the game are
constantly adding new features
to the game, and improving it's

Youth Academy & Training
Ground
Teams are able to draft youth
players from Youth Academy.
Every Saturday, each team will be
able to get report for their youth
prospects and get them either
promoted or being dumped to
the bin. Youth Academies can be
upgraded to increase the chance
of finding a good player. Build up
the Youth Academy and train
them into future star player and
hopefully, he will end up in the
national squad. Train Ground are
essential as it will train your
youngsters and hoping to
produce the finest talent
throughout the game. The
players will train on every
Tuesday. The higher the training
ground is, the more quality of the
team players will be.
Financial
Teams are able to check in their
financial whether they are
earning or losing money. And it's
the only way to keep track of the
team wages, staff wages,
maintenance cost as well as
transfers. When the club's
financial balance going into the
red, the club will pay extra 2%
interest on every single penny
you fall below 0 in your cash
posting, which makes it very
hard for a club to recover. The
only way to do so is in fact by
selling players or degrading the
stadium and facilities.

the user is to select a line-up,
issue orders and choose a
formation that makes the most
of the players, prior to match

Marsabit District, Kenya -- The
BOMA Project, a U.S.-based
nonprofit that trains and
mentors women in running small
businesses in Northern Kenya,
announced a ${esc.dollar}
{esc.dollar}1.9 million dollar grant
today from the Department for
International Development
(DFID), the United Kingdom’s aid
organization. DFID’s mission is to
promote sustainable
development and eliminate world
poverty. The DFID grant to BOMA
will support the launch of 1,338
women-owned businesses
across Northern Kenya over the
next three years. The grant also
includes a significant governance
component to strengthen
drought risk-management
networks across this rural, arid
region.
“This grant is exciting for us and
a testament to the urgency of
our work,” said Kathleen Colson,
CEO and Founder of The BOMA
Project . Colson, along with BOMA,
was recently recognized on the
floor of the U.S. Senate for
BOMA’s work with Kenyan
women. “DFID’s support will
enable us to educate more than
4,000 women in how to start
their own businesses and
mentor them to achieve success.
In doing so we will lift more than
24,000 women and children out
of extreme poverty by March
2015.”
Climate change is creating longer
droughts every year in Northern
Kenya and is endangering an
entire culture that currently
depends on raising livestock for
basic survival. BOMA’s work, to
develop alternative means of
income for some of the poorest
people in the world while
building community resilience, is
crucial.
“BOMA’s impact is very clear,
which was why we were keen to
join their effort,” said Lisa
Phillips, Head of DFID Kenya.
“That they can help to give
women in Northern Kenya a
chance to fulfill their potential as
businesswomen is the
sustainable approach we
support. We also appreciate
BOMA’s strength in monitoring
and evaluating their work.
Learning about what works is
particularly important for all of

It's a resolution revolution...
The BBC will be bringing us even
more high definition content
next year with the broadcaster
set to launch five more HD
versions of some of its channels.
The date is set for early 2014
and the channels due for a
resolution upgrade are: BBC
News, BBC Three, BBC Four,
CBeebies and CBBC.
They will be available for naught
as part of the Freeview package
as well as on other satellite and
cable services like Sky and
Virgin.
The new channels have been
made possible by the free up of
airwaves caused by the switch
off of analogue TV.
"BBC One HD and BBC Two HD
have already proved to be highly
valued by our audiences and I'm
delighted that we're able to
follow this with the launch of
five new subscription-free BBC
HD channels by early 2014," said
the BBC's director general Tony
Hall.
"These new channels will allow
us to showcase more of our
programming at its very best."
This announcement comes a
week after the BBC decided to
suspend its 3D programming
indefinetely after the two-year
trial comes to an end later this
year.
None of the other terrestrial
broadcasters have yet made a
statement about launching any

Proceedings
of the
National
Academy of
Sciences details how scientists
in Switzerland have succeeded
in using acoustic levitation to
lift objects from the ground and
make them move.
Acoustic levitation, otherwise
known as acoustophoretic
contactless transport and
handling of matter in air, is
science-talk for the ability to use
sound waves to make things
float about a room, maybe even
crash into one another.
The scientific community has
long been aware of the fact that
one could use sound waves to
move things.
In fact, acoustic levitation is
considered by many as a
noteworthy alternative to
electromagnetism, a levitation
technique that boils down to
using magnetic forces to counter
gravity and make various object
move through the air.
The only problem was that, until
recently, trying to controlling
sound waves in ways that would
lead to acoustic levitation proved
a rather futile endeavor.
Nature reports that the Swiss
researchers have figured out a
way to create a device that not
only achieves acoustic levitation,
but is also capable to juggle two
or more objects with different
weights and densities at the
same time.
So far, they have managed to
make water droplets, coffee
granules, fragments of
polystyrene and a toothpick fly
about simultaneously.
“We present a unique
acoustophoretic concept for the
contactless transport and
handling of matter in air.”
“Spatiotemporal modulation of
the levitation acoustic field allows
continuous planar transport and
processing of multiple objects,
from near-spherical (volume of
0.1–10 μL) to wire-like, without
being limited by the acoustic
wavelength,” the scientists write
in their paper.
This technology could one day be
used to try out potentially
hazardous chemical reactions.
By mixing and matching chemical
reactants with the help of
acoustic levitation, researchers
would keep nearby surfaces or
containers free from
contamination.
