Our January fixture list looked very scary, but we managed four wins and two draws from the seven games - though just one win in four PL games.

Our next seven PL fixtures:
Crystal Palace (A)
Burnley (A)
Newcastle (H)
Norwich (A)
Brentford (H)
Southampton (A)
Leeds (A).

All very winnable games. I'm certainly not getting ahead of myself cos December is still fresh in memory, but we really need to take maximum points from these fixtures.

It's a cause for concern for some leprous fingers that TT deployed a no10 today and Havertz was overlooked (formation said two 8s, although it certainly looked like Mount was the most advanced). Also looks like TT is making Odoi and Ziyech his preferred 3. I wonder how far for Werner, Pulisic and Havertz, man just shunned them for the last month.

Didn't expect Tottenham to mount a midfield challenge despite what the noisemakers say as I don't expect a 4-4-2 to compete with a 4-3-3 for possession, especially not a 4-4-2 playing two fullbacks as wingers. Keen observers would still note your boy Jogginghoe showing his defensive weakness for your boy Winks to breeze past him and take a shot at Kepa and Bergwijn bulldozing through him for the disallowed Kane goal. I hope we keep the same formation but when we come across teams matching a 4-3-3 with an AM on the cameraman, I expect that these escort moments will become more pronounced. Tuchel knows Conte is not interested in attacking through the middle of the midfield and never has, it will be interesting to see if he will match often against a 4-3-3 team.
