We’ve watched Lukaku score against big teams when he was playing for Everton, we’ve watched him function properly with creative players in Belgium. We also watched him score big teams in Serie A last season.

What he lacks in Chelsea is service. Give him 5 chances and watch him score 3 or even 5. Who wan give am ball for Chelsea? Only Kovacic is unselfish in that squad, the rest would prefer shooting than giving Lukaku.
