Saying I am a believer because of having faith only is too vague a thing.

Nothing concern me & drugs except the normal daily routine drugs.
7am daily routine drugs
Then exercise, then breakfast with oat,egg & honey. Later coffee then smoothie with 7 powerful fruits, then beans & unripe plantain, then green tea. Then sardine fish with my better vegetable sauce(spinach or Ugu at times). Later fufu & vegetable soup afam or okra soup. Then read & sleep.
