If the Oba gave the land to Army, then so be it. Always check on ministry of lands before buying any land |
You uploaded a whole video for few minutes headline |

What interest you in seeing your pet bird scared when you are close? And trying to get out when it hears others sing flying past. |

What parents would be encouraged to further spend on their daughter's further academics schooling? Except she's an exceptionally bright student, it's a heartbreak for most parents. |

Vocabulary has failed me in describing the people of Ogun Waterside. Such wonderful & lovely people with great hospitality. I served at Tigara community in Ogun Waterside 2008. Moving from Abigi local govt secretariat to Ibiade to Ilushin to rubber plantation. So much love & care between I & the indigenes that emotions were high on the final day of departure. One of my happiest days were times in Ogun Waterside. My bio wouldn't be complete without Ogun Waterside. Much Love from Rivers State. |
Saskay44:They need more areas for hub, railway & infrastructures like hotels etc. The sea might be miles away. |
I'm not for any party in Nigeria. But it's unfair for Atiku to take advantage of the ignorant majority. His administration under Obansanjo also collected 4.9 million dollars as medium long term loan from IMF after borrowing a billion dollars 2 years earlier. |
I don't put off my radio, they are connected to very powerful power banks. My bedroom is on 93.1 Nigeria info, while the sitting room is on 95.1 today FM |
You lied it was for your asthma, she has googled it. So she will tell you to take her to the pharmacy that prescribed it for you. |

Still a good one, cost efficiency incentives in form of tax incentives. I would say that this administration(nothing to do with it's party) is on the right track There are several aspects to look into What was the original debt as of 2023? What was the GDP then? We can then calculate the debt per GDP ratio How much was the oil price? What was the benchmark set for the budget? How much was government spending? Was the spending greater than the budget? What was the deficit? How much was the safe borrowing to compensate for deficit? What can be done to reduce government spending on non infrastructure & development? Yes, Subsidy Removal & others Where does the subsidy money goes? Payment of Debts with hanging interests. CMGs. The issue of crediting vulnerable Nigerians isn't yet sure of how many percent each home got according to the World bank & IMF. What can be done to generate more revenue & increase the GDP? Tax reform, Toll on Lagos/Calabar Coastal way. Diversification etc. (Power, security. etc for investors confidence) & which I commend this administration. The naira for crude for local refinery is the most difficult choice any administration could have done with such exchange rate to dollar. All the loans & frameworks are clear long term vision for positive developmental change that are achievable & sustainable through right future administrations. I would say the fiscal policies of this administration has a focus. It's young & it carries a subsidy Removal shockwave that created an inflation. But at the long run with or without an oil windfall, the fiscal stability will prevail & the country will put the worst & dark behind. I'm an Engineer, I'm not interested in Politics. But from a layman's view. I do think this very administration(nothing to do with it's party) is on the right track in trying to solve the many challenges facing the economy due to years of corruption, lack of focus, monoculture of oil export etc. |
That's one thing about our security operatives. Recently, Asari Dokubo's team rescued kidnapped victims from the kalabari creeks after 21days in captivity. That same creek, you will see the Nigeria navy, NSCDC & even the police fighting for rights to inspect crude-Laden ships. President Tinubu listed 40 achievements & one stated the creation of mining Marshalls under the NSCDC. Why will a police officer be on any mining site? Or maybe the NPF & NSCDC are the same. |

Countries like Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, South Africa and others, have developed sound social registers and use them to channel routine cash transfers to vulnerable citizens to promote financial inclusion. On its own merit, it is a commendable strategy to give the lowliest members of society access to government-administered palliation. Do we have a social register that can detect the very poor & vulnerable Nigerians? Because for sure, NIN & BVN don't have the capability for such. |

A Good non interest bond. It's good international bodies are having confidence in our debt repayment system. Unlike the 2005 shameful plea for the reduction of the Paris club debt. |
Carelessness coming from the scrap operator. No how the forklift operator would've known the scrap machine wasn't turned off. Probably he got on top of the basin to pull out the scrap that stopped the machine. And again scrap machines have incredible horsepower. A scrap such machines can't grind, can't also be pulled out by one man. Maybe the machine needed to be repaired/replaced or something or maybe it's a medium low-powered scrap machine. Mehn! Probably an Asian company.Too bad. No SAFETY training before employment. |
Read about Jeremy Renner's recent near death experience. He never wanted to come back from the unknown where he's spirit had peace & I believe him. |
