I put certain names as proposers when I was making payment via Remitta for the proposer form, I have started the application now and I have realised one of them is not up to date with his dues, can I change my proposer now? or is it too late?

Hello guys, I have two proposers, both are up to date with their payments, but one does not have the paper seal to affix on my form, can he use the engraving stamp and sign on it before i scan and upload? would that suffice ?
