someone already pointed out it's bad points which you said should be ignored... personally I have no problem with unoriginal premise/plot since it's becoming increasingly harder to have an original one but the storytelling, plot progression and especially the character writing is just dumb especially like I said before the main character's attitude/behavior in the movie vs the ending of the anime...
