A few months ago while I was planning on opening a laundry business somewhere in Abuja. I spoke to a friend who have been doing this business for a long time and I also studied other laundry businesses around me and I was shocked by what I noticed. 1. Zero to minimal record keeping: most small to medium sized laundry business don’t keep accurate records and even if they do, they just write it down on paper. This was quite a surprise to me because what if one day that paper get’s lost, or it accidentally get’s soaked in water, what will you do then? And what if your business grows and you have a lot of customers, can you really keep track of everything while writing it down? 2. Calling customers manually for pickup: Do I even need to explain this one? Unless you are not planing to grow your business, this doesn’t really make any sense at all. how much will you spend on airtime? If you have more 30 customers per day will you call each and every one of them? 3. Charging by face or mood: sometimes people charge customers based on how they look or if they are in a good mood. So if a customer dresses well with a car, then that means they are rich so you charge them more. I assure you people are not that stupid, eventually they will start noticing and you will lose them. 4. Not collecting payment before washing: “I will pay you when I pick up” sounds harmless until 25 customers owes you ₦350,000+ Anyway, sorry for the rant but after noticing all this, I decided am going to do things differently so I begin building a tool http://laundrytab.com that I can use to manage my laundry business. Something that will make my life easier. The more I build and the more features I added, the more I realize that this application should not only benefit me. so I turned it into a web application that’s available for anyone to try it out. Here are some features that are currently available ( am still building and adding more features ) 1. AI order assistant: instead of clicking and adding orders manually, which is a very boring task, I implemented artificial intelligence which create orders automatically. All you have to do is use the chat interface and you can just tell it the details of the orders and it will add it for you automatically. 2. WhatsApp notification: once an order is done and ready you can send a WhatsApp message to the customer with just one click. 3. Multiple branch management: you can manage multiple branches. 4. Workers management: you can create accounts for their managers and staffs for each branch to help manage your laundry business 5. Price management: you can create different pricing for each branch. Although there’s a default popular pricing, apparel types and service types already set but you can change it to suit your needs. 6. Analytics: I also created an analytics dashboard to help you see what’s going on with your laundry business. Things like revenue, total amount of orders, customer retention and much more. 7. This is just some of the features that are present in the app now and as time goes on, more valuable features will be added. 8. I also plan to launch the mobile and desktop app soon. So I want you guys to try it out for free and let me know what you think. It’s free to use for 7 days. Laundrytab.com Waiting to hear feedback and suggestions from you. Thank you |

Before I give my opinion, I would put it out there that am a redpiller and I fully understand the game. But the way it is been portrayed here in nairaland is quite toxic. Literally everywhere on nairaland where a thread is about women, you see guys calling women all sorts bad name. Just look theGidPiller guy, he’s usually on point with some things he says but the way it is been portrayed is wrong. Women truly are selfish, selective and they love to test their man(shit test). But that doesn’t make them evil. It’s just in their nature. Thousands of years of evolution has shaped them to be that way since they are the weaker gender, they naturally seek for a strong male presence for protection and and good genes for their offsprings. As a guy, if you lose your woman, then it’s because you failed a lot of her shit tests. If you are perceived as weak, trust me you can’t keep that woman, even if you have money. She might stay with you to enjoy the money but she’ll be giving up the ass and your money to a broke alpha male. What you assume is manipulation is actually just a shit test and if you pass it, she respect you more and would do anything to please you. But if you fail the tests, then she won’t respect you and eventually she’ll leave you. Don’t hate women my G’s .Just improve yourself, know the game and play it well to the maximum. You can follow @TheGoodAlpha on twitter to join the movement and play the game in a non toxic way and enjoy a life of fulfillment as Kings. PS TheGoodAlpha is a new movement so join me let’s start this together. |

Am all for it... My concerns 1- will the government agree to implement the system?....we all know our government is a backward thinking entity. 2- will they allow you operate?.....election time is really sensitive period in Nigeria and security is usually very tight. 3- since it's open source, where will the funding come from?......I see you talking about drones and all. Overall it's a good idea |

Hello Devs am creating a flutter developer forum on WhatsApp where like minded flutter developers can come and 1 get inspired 2 share and solve problems together 3 Beginner can get help with tips tricks and overall advice on the best way to go about learning flutter 4 UI design challenges 5 community projects 6 share resources. 7 code reviews 8 most importantly, learn and grow together. Copy and open the link(remove the plus signs) below to join the WhatsApp group https://chat+.+whatsapp+.+com/JpPst6EZzVL1D6fzJHCCp or drop your number and I'll add you up Also the telegram group link will be sent to the WhatsApp group. Now to answer the question in your mind, Why Flutter? 1 High Development Efficiency Flutter is the cross-platform framework; single codebase for both iOS & Android apps. (and Web with the Flutter v2.0 released on Mar 3, 2021). Thus, it really saved a LOT of my time working on the UI and let me focus more on the core functionality of the app. Or, I could ship the app to the market quickly to gather the user feedbacks and iterated on it. 2 Development Speed Hot Reload : Through one-click or save the file, you can see your UI changes in the simulator or device in 1 second. Basically, Flutter injects the updated source code files into the "running" Dart Virtual Machine. No need to full-recompile the application to see your UI changes. 3 Beautiful Inside & Outside - Performance & UI Flutter apps are compiled directly to machine code, whether Intel x64 or ARM instructions. (or to JavaScript if targeting the web) And, they are packaged in the exactly same way as native applications. Note: The Flutter engine provides high rendering performance using Skia graphic engine. 4 HUGE Communities & Documentations One thing I really love about Flutter is how big and well-designed communities are. Flutter has YouTube, Discord, Reddit, Medium, its own official website, and more. For the UI or visual materials, I would watch a quick tutorial on YouTube rather than reading through the article. Also, if you subscribe to the Flutter YouTube channel, they are frequently posting new videos about a new UI widget as well as a tips&tricks (average once a week). For the architectural or functional materials, I suggest you read the well-organized Flutter documentations or search it on StackOverflow or Reddit (which developer doesn't use it?) pls note that I barely scratch the surface here about the potential and benefits of flutter Copy and open the link(remove the plus signs) below to join the WhatsApp group https://chat+.+whatsapp+.+com/JpPst6EZzVL1D6fzJHCCp or drop your number and I'll add you up
