I'm a new Muslim convert my parents are dead. It has come to my notice that some unscrupulous persons and a fake pastor Johnson suleman are passing themselves off as representing or being affiliated with me. They have been appropriating parts of my photographs as my family with the intent to defraud unsuspecting members of the public. One of the platforms being used by these impostors on radio which I understand they are saying they are looking for their family member that am missing and kidnapped and forced to convert to Islam These imposters are also begging for money to give one woman in Liberia that she is my mother. My mum and dad are dead for many years now. For the avoidance of doubt I do not solicit for nor accept money from anyone or am missing and I don't have relatives in Liberia. I shall not be responsible for, and expressly disclaims all liabilities for, damages of any kind arising out of the use of, reference to, or reliance on any information contained on the said radios and handbills.

The general public should take note as anyone who engages with the said persons, or any other platform and material promoted by the imposters does so at their own risk. I have reported to the police these ritualistist pastor has been following me about with my late father younger siblings that am possessed, they even poisoned me to die am suffering with the poison in my system. Pls share and post my pictures everywhere

Parents want the best for you but at the same time if they are not in support of your dreams or ambition, it will limit you or even make you unfulfilled because you have your ambition and at the same time you have to be respectful.

Like he said he was invited for a Job but his Dad refused. He is no longer a child. Opportunities will pass him by. This is one of the point I was trying to buttress above.

I remember watching layefa a youtuber who is a successful make up artist. Just like you she wanted to move to Lagos another city, but her parents were against it. Their perception was you want to go there and spoil. She had to take her stand one day and told them respectfully that she has to leave. Now she is a very successful make up artist.

Op my advice is respectfully stand your ground if you are convinced about your move. Not everyone will be in support of your ambition, even your parents.

Good day everyone, I am a 24 year old guy who just finished NYSC in ibadan and I decided to stay back in ibadan but my parents coerced
me to come back home and now they don't want want me to leave anymore.
My dad is retired and my mum is a civil servant. The family of 4 survives on her income. I have tried to all my possible best to reason with them but they are so adamant about not wanting me to go back to ibadan. I don't want to leave home without there blessing and I also don't want to stay back home because I feel I am more focused when I was not at home.
