Job Title: Ecommerce Business Intern

Do you want to get your ecommerce career off the ground? We are looking for a talented person to join our team as an Ecommerce Business Intern. As an intern, you will have the chance to learn about different parts of ecommerce business, such as sales transactions, supplier management, logistics coordination, customer service, and marketing strategies. You will work closely with teams from different departments, get hands-on experience, and earn money at the same time. If you are a hard-working person who loves e-commerce, this could be the perfect chance for you.



Responsibilities



Manage sales from our business's website, social media channels, and messaging platforms.



Work closely with suppliers and logistics service providers to quickly and efficiently fill customer orders.



Work with internal teams to make sure products are available, prices are correct, and shipments happen on time.



Handle questions, complaints, and returns from customers in a professional way and on time.



Give great customer service to make sure customers are happy and come back.



Keep an eye on inventory levels and work with suppliers to make sure there is enough stock.



Help manage and keep product listings, prices, and promotions up to date on different ecommerce platforms.



Work with the marketing team to come up with and put into action e-commerce strategies that will increase sales and improve the customer experience.



Give the management team regular reports and analyses of how e-commerce is going and what customers are saying.



Keep up with e-commerce, logistics, and customer service industry trends and best practices.



Qualifications

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree program in business, marketing, or a related field.



Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.



Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.



Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.



Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Word.



Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and social media channels.



Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain management.



customer-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.



Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.



Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
