Nonsense. How I'd it get into the country. Personal from law enforcement and regulatory agencies like NAFDAC, SON, Customs, NDLEA, DSS and of course Police often lobby y to be posted to land borders, international airports and seaports not because they have passion to do the job but because those are points of serious extortion and corruption. Bring in any rubbish and be ready to keep your hand open then u are game. You see personnel giving testimony in Churches on how God has made his posting successful and has been giving them ' financial breakthroughs' in their new postings.
You will see Thanksgiving gestures then pastoe/priest will compel the congregation to sow sacrificial seed to tap into the 'grace' so as to be opportune to have their own 'breakthroughs'
