Hello everyone.

I'll go straight to the point.

I'm currently doing an 100k a month job and other side freelance to survive.

I'm married.

My issue now I got 2 jobs.

One is contract based.

And a work from home arrangment with some Filipinos. Pay is around 550 to 600usd. And it's pay as u work.

The other is with a tier 2 bank in Nigeria.

GT role. Where for the first 4 to 6 months. I'll earn aroung 70 to 80k. Then after d training and I pass. I'll earn 250ish k.

I know it's a no brainier to clinch the work from home arrangment. But I'm thinking about career development and job stability.

The bank job is more stable and predictable and a higher chance of career growth. Meanwhile the remote job is contract based. If the sourcing agent doesn't get contract. No work. But if there's constant work. Than 600k sure monthly pay. And I had to go through series of interviews like 50+ to be able to get these jobs.

This is my dilemma.
