I'm trying my hardest, but for now, I can afford to drink 3 cups a day (of course, sometimes less). You can't imagine how happy I feel each time I'm able to finish a cup of water. Again, I seldom drink cold, nay chilled water.

Unfortunately, I find it real difficult drinking water. I don't even drink water during meals. The most I could take in a day is three cups. I've been warned of the health hazards (kidney stones and stuff), but I'm just not getting the hang of it.
