U don't need a practical training as far as I am concerned,,dis ICRM is enuf 4 u o!!
Except u just want more certificate besides wen u start work u will still be trained so y boda to waste money??

Of course go for it, it will give u an edge..me personally did ICRM-customer relationship management wile I was serving and its really helped me and given me an edge too.. Good idea...but CRM is cheaper dan dis one u doin and wit CRM u get an PDG certificate and u become an associate of ICRM...
But seems dis CCSP gves u guys some insights abt whr to work abi? Dunno sha

Den wit workforce even doin d recruitment 4 heritage is anoda hurdle again,,workforce will invite thousands and dey mit just take less dan 200....
Me personally will do dis heritage test becos am not working yet so am free..
so I will put my cents in diamond dan workforce..if u r sure u will pass diamond bank test kindly go..tink abt it well on ur own..

Its 4 heritage bank...dey stated at deir application portal dat a recently established bank and its only heritage bank dt just started operations..even heritage said its workforce recruiting 4 dem

Well I applied 4 heritage bank graduate trainee position dat was advertised everywhere recently and i just received a text msg from workforce calling for aptitude test on the 13th of April.

Pls anybody with idea of what to expect. Helpful test tips please? Thank you.

Its Gods grace jare..me personally I didn't read a thing cos I heard abt d test a day b4 d test I only took few tips on dis thread and dats all but wit God by my side I passed..I even gatecrashed sef..
Wen God says its Ur time, its UR TIME!!

D position is 4 entry level (graduate trainee)..
