Of course go for it, it will give u an edge..me personally did ICRM-customer relationship management wile I was serving and its really helped me and given me an edge too.. Good idea...but CRM is cheaper dan dis one u doin and wit CRM u get an PDG certificate and u become an associate of ICRM...
But seems dis CCSP gves u guys some insights abt whr to work abi? Dunno sha

Thanks a great deal for your prompt response.I enrolled for ICRM too en ve been receiving lectures here in their ibadan center cause I am currently serving in Ibadan and would be passing out in two months time.Please as regards ICRM, you would be of immense help to me if you can kindly help me woith past questions or likely exam questions cause the exam comes up on saturday,that's just 5days from now.my Email is Omidan21@yahoo.com. My reason of also wantoing to enroll for CCSP ios cause of the pratical training,ICRM is simply theory based.I want a real life pratical training too.thanks very much,please I look forward to you sending d likely exam questions.God bless you.

Mine was soo simple I even had 85,,a dictinction..simple but u av to ansa lots of questions..
