And if they cut it, many of you would still be attacking and criticizing Tinubu, that he cut you from rest of the world
It's not everything people will just be criticizing government. ..if the government do wrong , criticize them..if the government do right , say it out..but sadly in nigeria , alot of people just want to keep criticizing whether good or bad....now is meta guilty of what the Nigerian government is accusing them of ?? That is what we should be talking about and that is the question meta should be answering.. not all these cheap blackmail and threats...all I see here is "see finish "...if it was government of some other countries that accuse them of breaking their laws.., they will do the right thing immediately but because they know this is nigeria and many Nigerians will prefer to support any organisation against their own government hence the usual blackmail and threat.

This is IMF recent chart.Last week they warned Tinubu against Prudent Spendings, same last week World Bank predicted that more Nigerians will face hunger in 2027.

I believe your followers have screenshot & bookmark this.
You are the liar here. ...your own chart which you posted was never from IMF...it is this nonsense website that posted it.

Compare minimum wage then and now and tell me he is not right. Una go just want argue for arguing sake.
Oga you must be so poor at mathematics..

How much do you buy plate of food now ?? You now spend up to x4 of what you used to spend in 2015...same way minimum wage is now up to x4 of what it was in 2015..from 18k to 70k.. or you are so poor at mathematics ?? angry

If you Compare and you are not olodo...then I have stated the facts here.. you are the one who is still arguing blindly.

be warned
Most people salary has not changed, even federal govt workers that's why they are engaging in illegalities to survive

Quality of life have drastically reduced compared to 2015

Except for the upper class elite privileged folks. maybe you are one of them.
So tell me who is basically collecting a salary of 18k this 2025 ??

The owner of the company should be arrested ASAP.. even cleaners here are collecting 50k and above...and the labour are still fighting such company paying them..so I am wondering who is working for 18k in 2025...mention the firm pls..

Mabuggi88:
It should be #800 according to how much is being earned now. So why is it #2000.
Because I know you are referring to the new minimum wage
That is not even where I am going..but since you raised another topic , let's talk about it. ...the minimum wage is 18,000 in that 2015 he is talking about...and now minimum wage is 70000..up to X4 of what it was in 2015..meaning x4 of what he was collecting before.. ......so a plate of food of 300naira in 2015 is now sold for 1k plus......all of us do eat in 2015..if you buy swallow from non-calabar people. E.g yoruba , i... it is 50Naira per wrap and four wraps is 200naira....

And if you buy from calabar kitchen or igbo kitchen that wants to sell per plate..it is 300naira per plate...

That same plate of food right now in 2025 is now sold for maximum of 1500...quote me anywhere....

Now is the government doing well ? NO.......but all these talks about buying food a certain amount in 2015 bla bla bla is off-point.....

Many Nigerians forget that normally increasing the minimum wage will also come with decreasing purchase power...that is why that 300naira food in 2015 when you were collecting 18k is now 1200 or 1500naira when you are collecting 70k.....

And before you mention usa or other countries you look you up to...go and check the price of their food in 2015..and now in 2025.......so you will understand how these things works....

Now concerning the Nigerian government, they are not performing well in many sectors of the country...that is what we should be talking about. Not about off-topic of how food is sold at 300naira in 2015..that is not how governance is rated..

In 2015, I used to spend a small N300 to eat in a Buka.

But now, I spend as far as N2000 for same meal. sad
And how much were you earning then ?? Complete the story...everyone are always talking about the money spent when it comes to inflation and do not mention their earnings then too....

SolBtc has showed that same pattern again. Delta is 95%+ buying, why is price rejecting at that resistance?

The only reason price rejects at a resistance zone and it doesn't show on the tick volume is majorly because the orders are limit/passive orders and not market orders. If the orders were aggressive/market orders, you'd see the delta also having a wick or rejection at the top of it.
I love this

The agents are the reasons houses are expensive for rents in nigeria most especially lagos.

You will hear that a house yearly rent is 500k and you will hear total package is 700k..like almost 50% extra to be paid all in the name of agency fees , caution fees and nonsense things..

Agency fees that is not supposed to be more than 10% , naija agents will charge even up to 40% ..smh

The only key to financial freedom is hard work. Betting, ponzi and other funny schemes can only guarantee you continuous loses.
I agree with your last sentence.., but that bolded sentence is a very big lie , if Key to financial freedom is "hardwork" e.g many bricklayers should be rich by now , e.g those typical aboki cart-pushers should be rich by now ..e.g those lawma workers should be rich....financial freedom is not created by hardwork, it is created by smartwork which starts from the grace of God..some people are in air-conditioned office doing less than 2 hours of work daily yet they make money even while sleeping while some okada riders work hard from morning till night yet they cannot boast of millions in their bank account.. or that one is not hardwork enough ??

Not lies.

$21,000 - $30,000 comes down to about N10m - N15m for 7 years. A medical student will spend N1.5m - N2.1m yearly on tuition, accommodation, texts, practicals, feeding, etc.
Go and stone your math teacher.. how will $21,000 - $30,000 be equal to 10m-15m ?? Are you saying 1 dollar is 500 naira ??

Maybe private university.....But no federal and state university in nigeria where medical students pay more than 500k per year ...quote me anywhere. .

I repeat nowhere federal and state medical students pay more than 500k per year....

If you are talking about private university , I cannot argue that one..
