Tbh.. Prices are not coming down.....

Sellers are happy that they are buying their goods at a reduced price but they are not ready to reduce theirs to final consumers.. .. They have tasted big profit and they won't wana go back to their formal price..

Forget govt, Nigerians are greedy and that's why this country will keep failing despite measures to save the nation

True so many nigerians are greedy , but what happens also when the government too cannot lead by example ??

They said naira is appreciating yet the price of most things on the market remain the same ..The reason why an average Nigerian is happy that naira is appreciating is that they believe strongly that it will make the price of things to come down , so if the prices do not come down , then it is a wasted happiness

I have answered this before in one of my comments. I will try to answer it again.
Nigerian law, through our courts can tell any company to reveal its customers’ info.

https://banwo-ighodalo.com/grey-matter/ndpr-can-commercial-banks-release-the-personal-data-of-defaulters-of-pta-bta-guidelines-on-its-website-as-directed-by-the-cbn

This one is confirmed by a reputable law firm in Nigeria.
You too try to do some finding
Read this:

https://www.cbn.gov.ng/out/2014/fprd/aml%20act%202013.pdf

Check page B 237

And this:

https://www.cbn.gov.ng/out/publications/bsd/1991/bofia.PDF

And this:

https://www.cbn.gov.ng/out/2021/ccd/bofia%202020.pdf

👆🏻👆🏻 Search for Duty of Secrecy on those last two (links) documents and read about reasons why Duty of Secrecy of customers’ info may not hold.

That’s the law that governs banks and other financial institutions in Nigeria. They are all fro. Our CBN.

Don’t worry your jail term won’t be much of you are caught in the web of money launder!ng via Binance list. 😁😁. It’s a pity, you won’t still get your lost investment back.

.

You shot yourself in the leg...so I checked the first link you posted and read it..and I guess you were too blind to read this part

However, the publication of the personal data of defaulters under the Guidelines does not fall under the transmission of data to regulatory authorities for criminal investigations and tax offences, as envisaged by the NDPR. Consequently, this particular processing will need to identify one of the other legal bases for processing as provided in Article 2.2 of the NDPR, in order to accord with the requirements of the NDPR.

Section 33 of the Central Bank of Nigeria Act, 2007 (“CBN Act”) provides that the CBN may issue guidelines to any person and institution under its supervision.

Under it's supervision..how is binance under CBN supervision ?? Secondly is binance among the banks or institutions under CBN ?? And is binance a bank ??

You wrote the sentence below

That’s the law that governs banks and other financial institutions in Nigeria. They are all fro. Our CBN.

Is binance a registered financial institution in Nigeria or a registered bank in Nigeria ?? Smh..sometimes I read some certain things and I wonder if some of you are educated illiterate or just want to pretend to be daft..

I don't understand the angle you're coming from, no one can tell what the eventually ath will be, but looking at the chart and connect the TL, 100k is the likely destination and everyone is waiting to cash out at that price.

My logic is price may not get there in order to trap many people.

My suggestion is selloff before 100k to avoid stories and regrets.

Every setup and trade is unique and different

And my point is that even if many people are waiting to cash out at 100k..That won't stop it's price from reaching there if it wants to..

Previously many people also were waiting to cash out at 50k and above during the time when bitcoin was less than $20k during the bear run.. ...That did not stop bitcoin from reaching 50k and above

Many people are expecting 100k, that's why it won't reach it . Many won't cash out because they're expecting 100k and guess what happens to them

Going by your logic..when bitcoin was at $40,000 and below and most people were expecting a new ATH.....why did it reach it despite the fact that people were expecting it ?? undecided

We should be very careful at this point.
A correction that should take BTC to around 40k region is about to happen.
Btc doesn't have enough base and momentum to propel a move towards the 100k region.
I didn't say go short on the market.
But look and trade carefully at this point

The bolded reminded me of a popular moniker on this thread that kept insisting with all certainty that bitcoin will go back to $30,000 before it can dare touch $60,000 and upwards..he was saying that he is 100% sure of what he is saying ..well the market proved him wrong and shut him up...from that day ,the bitcoin moved from $42000 to the present price which is now above $70000...sadly some people tend to ignore the importance of DYOR...they just see some certain people as god in the crypto trading business and they will Always follow whatever that person is saying till he or she leads them to bankruptcy. ..

Cryptocurrency is effectively banned in many countries. It's only lack of formal employment that would make someone dependent on crypto as a source of funds or an investment

Crypto is banned in just less than thirteen countries out of all the countries that exist..that is your own definition of "many"..??

Men, it seems like all our ISP's(GLO, MTN and the rest) are now blocking access to all the top crypto websites and apps, I can't access anyone of them again with clear eye again. Both , binance, kucoin , bybit, mexc, all of them. No one is accessible again without VPN . Honestly i think we need to find a way to decentralize everything in this world, it would make the world a better place because no single person or group of people should have the power to dictate how millions or billions of people should live their lives, governments are scam.

Kucoin and bybit is working for me perfectly without using VPN or DNS or whatever ...and I use mtn to browse. Maybe you should restart your device.

This coin listed this morning on Bybit. Infact, when I came across it, it was on 1hr count down away from being listed. Woke up from sleep just now and checked, it is now trading at $1.12 and it opened at $0.12.

Whenever a new coin is listed on exchanges like binance ,kucoin , bybit etc..... within the first ten seconds ,the price will rise to a certain price and it will immediately go back down to the price which is meant to be the opening price..don't be deceived
