Both , binance, kucoin , bybit, mexc, all of them. No one is accessible again without VPN . This coin listed this morning on Bybit. Infact, when I came across it, it was on 1hr count down away from being listed. Woke up from sleep just now and checked, it is now trading at $1.12 and it opened at $0.12.

Whenever a new coin is listed on exchanges like binance ,kucoin , bybit etc..... within the first ten seconds ,the price will rise to a certain price and it will immediately go back down to the price which is meant to be the opening price..don't be deceived
