Hi, pls I need help with something
I started my jamb regularisation in 2021 and the process was completed last month. I have a new admission letter showing my new course and checking admission status on jamb also shows mh new course. After the approval of the new admission letter, I was given a new reg number by name in the mail. I wanted to print my jamb result now but I logged in with the old reg number and it showed me my correct result but with the former course. I tried using the new reg number given to me but they said I'll have to pay for it. Pls is there anything wrong anywhere in I should go along and pay for the new result slip?
When I wanted to print my admission letter both the new and old registration number went. Pls what do you advice? And is it the new reg number I'll be using now or the old one? I'd really appreciate a response, thank you.
