JAMB is particular about completing Basic Educational Requirements which culminates with writing BECE (Junior WAEC) in JS3. @Neconigeria that conducts this exam does not register underaged students. If that's the case, JAMB can liase with @Neconigeria in flagging out students that didn't complete their Basic Educational Requirements instead cropping off Oct-Dec 2009 there by making these ones to be eligible when they are 17

@dettolgel which rule are you talking about? Cropping off Oct-Dec 2009. Next year they will be 17 years. Denying them to participate when they were 16 years. And wasting a whole 1 year due to a draconian rule.
