Sorry I dont think you are married because your advice sound like a school boy who know little or nothing about marriage, Patient and perseverance are key to all sucessfully marriage and even the lady in quote may not be quilty after all since we have not heard her own version . so saying YOUR MARRIAGE IS NOT MEANT TO LAST is a wrong word to used as only the two parties decided that.

I read ur post and I have a feeling that u ar too deep into the problem than the solutions. Get me right if ur wife is dating someone else that is a problem but what is the solution don't dig too deep into a problem that will break up ur marriage early. U have said u ar not staying together now. So u cannot monitor this lady but U need to be a man and calm down urself.

marriage is not about who is right or wrong but about the two of u getting better, I believe wife must have been going out with some GUY even before both of u meet. So u have to sit her down and talk about the past (u ought to have done this before Marriage but u can still do it). both should open up to each other no matter what has happen at least love will conver up everything if u love urself (I believe).

Be a man forget about the phone or the Guy ur Wife is ur immediate target .
Take up the issue with boldness,
talk with love and show her that ur have already forgiven her even if she has done it because there are more to marriage that claiming rights .

The Minister of Information and Communications, Dora Akunyili, yesterday got more than she bargained for when Enerique Fernando Arrundell, the Venezuelan Ambassador to Nigeria, used the opportunity of his visit to her office to tell Nigerians some hard lessons on how to manage, develop and utilise their God-given natural resources for the benefit and good of all.

The envoy, who was responding to an appeal by Mrs. Akunyili to help woo some of his country’s investors to come in and establish refineries under the federal government’s planned deregulation of the downstream sector of the nation’s petroleum industry, advised Nigeria to rather look inwards and to take full control of the industry.
Though, he acknowledged Venezuela as a prominent member of the Organisation of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) like Nigeria, he said his country will be willing to collaborate with the federal government to develop the industry.
The hard truth:
Mr. Arrundell said, “In Venezuela, since 1999, we’ve never had a raise in fuel price. We only pay $1.02 to fill the tank. What I pay for with N12,000 here (Nigeria), in Venezuela I’ll pay N400. What is happening is simple. Our President (Hugo Chavez) decided one day to control the industry, because it belongs to the Venezuelans. If you don’t control the industry, your development will be in the hands of the foreigners.
You have to have your own country. The oil is your country’s. Sorry I am telling you this. I am giving you the experience of Venezuela. We have 12 refineries in the United States, 18,000 gas stations in the West Coast. All we are doing is in the hands of the Venezuelans.”
The envoy said, “Before 1999, we had three or four foreign companies working with us. That time they were taking 80 per cent, and giving us 20. Now, we have 90 per cent, and giving them 10. But now, we have 22 countries working with us in that condition.
It is the Venezuelan condition. You know why? It is because 60 per cent of the income goes to social programmes. That’s why we have 22,000 medical doctors assisting the people in the community. The people don’t go to the hospital; doctors go to their houses. This is because the money is handled by the Venezuelans. How come Nigeria that has more technical manpower than Venezuela, with 150 million people, and very intellectual people all around, not been able to get it right? The question is: If you are not handling your resources, how are you going to handle the country?
“So, it is important that Nigeria takes control of her resources. We have no illiterate people. We have over 17 new universities totally free. I graduated from the university without paying one cent, and take three meals every day, because we have the resources. We want the resources of the Nigerian people for the Nigerians. It is enough! I can make a down payment of 10 - 20% and willing to spread the remaining maximum of 2yrs.

I have a comfortable job so payment is not an issue and can afford to give bank mandate for the payment within the specified period.

To be honest with you, i will love to be able to help u, but trust is the issue here and how much you wanna deposit as well will determine if the risk is worth taking.
For example if by the time the ride is delivered to you, you were able to come up with about 70% of the total cost, i wont mind to finance the rest for you, cos that is my comfort level.

I quite agree with you that trust is the main factor.

But to be frank with you KIA products are Stress free for a while (i have a friend in the office using it) but after some time maybe (a yr or 2) you start experiencing the toks version on it. The reason for this is that the quality of products used for the KIA cars can only be realiable for some period.

Consider the follwing before making choice, ask people and find out from experts

1. Comparing the price of a  new  cerato ( N2.6m) with a toks car of the same amount honestly, a toks will be better than the new KIA in every sense (interior , performance, maintenance e.t.c).

2. KIA products goes for regular service , how many of toks do people service regularly like KIA Cars?

3. KIA products are service from only KIA service centers , how may toks do people service from authorised centers?

4. Check out the second hand Value for KIA and same toks in same category?

5. How many KIA Products / Toks do you see on our Highway when Travelling?

6. How often do you use your cars (For Office and Ocassion only or Travelling) . Check out the Buses people use for travelling can you travel in a KIA/Futo Bus or Toyota Hiace Bus (Toks).

7. How long do u plan buying another car and what will be the second hand value of the car you are using by then?

My Advice is that you ask yourself this questions before making your decision?

How do i know you are not arranging some fake document with a company that you not even working with.
Hope you know that when you finance a vehicle, you will be paying way more that u would have.
For example if i give you a car of 1.8M Naira, by the time u finish paying, you would have paid nothing less than 3M Naira, cos the interest will not be 0%.

We all know that in Nigeria, Bank loan are meant only for the elite, they may ask you to bring your parents and great grand parents to grant you a Loan of N500 but they can grant a loan of N100 Billion to an unknown company without any terms (Thanks to Sanusi Lamido).

Meanwhile most financial services do not offer loans for toks cars , they offer for only new cars and the cost and quality of these cars are questionable (e.g KIA products)

I would rather go for good toks than waste money on all these cars that do not last because a friend of mine is still suffering the problem with a KIA RIO he secure through loan.

Since the commencement of the popular TV reality show Gulder Ultimate Search . The programme has not really been Interesting as it used to be.
