Just saw a post on facebook where a guy gave a finite time frame for Agbami to pay and was willing to bet 50% of his money on its validity. He claims it is from a "Reliable source".

Chief kindly give us d link so as to read it ourselves and you didn't even mention the time frame sef.

a friend called agbami call center this morning.... he was told the actual date of paymnt cnt be disclose due to confidential reasons, that payment is being delayed because of pending approval, the call center said that he is sure it will be paid b4 the year runs out but definatley not today or 2moro

If this is true then the guy that told us November 2nd either lied to us or he was lied to by those he called... anyways life goes on. They should pay wen they are ready.

A swear, all this thing haff weak me sef. If they don't pay mehn no hope of survival and na to borrow money again o.... se did Nov even sure again with all dis unfortunate news sef... make I dey go find person wey go borrow me money

You've not been following the post, the person who gave d date claimed to have called Agbami. And if u want to call them also pls do. The number is 012772222, when you do just ask for Agbami Scholarship extension then u can ask them your questions.

Chevron has paid their new awardees again last week or thereabout...... Agbami partnership should pls also pay on time and stop delaying. Chevron does not waste time at all and chevron is also part of Agbami....

Honestly I don't even want to put my mind on Oct again, I don too get heart ache me sha dey count down to Nov 2nd.... 11days to go... If it comes before them I'll be the happiest man in the galaxy (assuming there are other life forms in the galaxy)

I went to check this morning with faith.. I didnt want to at first.. but I decided to give a try.. lo and behold.. my hundred naira was just smiling at me.. I was weak to the bone.. its not like without this money we will all die.. but its the first time I have seen them delayed this much.. and trust me so many persons here have a lot to settle with that money.. from house rent to eaten school fees to paying debts .. infact the money wont even last 2 weeks.. a month maximum for new beneficiaries.. please if anyone confims payment do well to post.. thanks

Pls when you call them don't say anything like "you heard payments will commence on the 2nd of November " you just ask your questions as though you don't have any privileged information.... You just ask when they will start payments and that school fees in many institutions are long overdue. Thanks.
I'll try to call them too but I have called so many times already it seems they've even blacklisted my number.

Pls forget about creating any awareness... You didn't enter into any written agreement that they will keep paying you so they owe you nothing. The scholarship is out of the goodness of their heart and if they choose to stop it there is absolutely nothing that you can do other than to just take heart.
All anyone of us can do is just to relax and be hopeful.... Whenever they pay is when they pay we can't hurry it up in any way. Although guys are in need of the money but if they don't pay (which is almost impossible) heaven will not fall o and life will continue

it's chevron that you would contact for that and their contact info is online. I tried calling them on several occasions but the agbami extension personnel doesn't always seem to be available
