NGX may have started leveling out so I’m not expecting any further dips, we will find out if this continues next week

I’m not expecting green next week, but I’m expecting the dip to now level into a straight horizontal line from next week. While we get ready for another run between June-July. If you can’t stomach the wait, better take out your money.

Loooool it’s not even a month of cooling off of the market and someone is crying. Like someone else here said, just withdraw your money and invest directly at this point lol. Market is up and down, if you want only up, buy MMF

Market is continuing to cool off, I think max two weeks before we get ready for another bull run, the last time momentum was this low was end of January and beginning of April, so if we follow that same pattern we should be recovering in at most two weeks, I may be wrong though, DYOR

I don't think it is really about portfolio, zed is still relatively new in d equity fund market. Paramount has been here & they have been consistent. I'm not even convinced zed maybe able to maintain this pace by next year. When I started zed this year, equity subscribers were less than 500, but currently it is heading to 4k. So they maybe putting all the effort to create a mark in the market since they are still relatively new. But if they are able to sustain this pace for like 2-3 years, then we can start making arguments for them. Obviously they are going to be the best equity fund performer for this year. Last year gt equity was hot, but see what they are doing this year.

definitely chapel hill is among the best, I just think they need to slim down their portfolio, I bet that zed has a slim portfolio and that allows them capture so much gains, I couldn’t forget seeing their holdings here couple days ago

I'm not sure but i don't think they'll keep adding new investments to that stock. It won't make sense. Perhaps, there's room for flexibility so new investments are channelled towards performing stock thereby reducing security weight.

A past portfolio composition will help.

Market cooling down after all the april frenzy

When will the top up time for Zedcrest even come? Everything keeps flying up and it is not coming down.
I dont even know if i should be upset for not buying more units then, be afraid that it is not coming down anytime soon, or impressed that they seem to be doing "exceptionally " well.

Then the ones on red, is it to be topping up every day, abi to chill and top up on an eventful dooms day, because this one don pass red days and doesnt seem to be ending today.

Them no dey even fit time this market sef. Even the DCA method, still gats to balance well.

tbh I don’t wait for these negative days, cos even when you buy, you can still see negative days, as far it’s not immediate money you need, just buy and relax

Anyways T+1 has been moved to 1st June 2026, as opposed to May 29th, due to an upcoming public holiday

If you understand what's happening, doubt you would say such. Being BIG has it's PROs and CONs.

Take for instance, between Stanbic IBTC and Norrenberger Equity based investments, though both made massive profits for their investors, Norenberger made much more despite Stanbic IBTC being the biggest player. Reason being there are risks Norrenberger can afford to take which Stanbic IBTC wouldn't want to in other to protect funds of her investors. In other words, Stanbic would have to be less Agressive than Norrenberger.

Don't worry, those with millions and billions in investments know where they go to by default and their reasons

as per I no get billions or millions, rest with that one, I’ve gone through Stanbic, norren, chapel hill, zrosk, Zedcrest, that’s my own submission based on my experience.

I noticed the best fund managers are the ones that start out as fund managers and not banks, look at GT equity, Stanbic, zenith, feels like their staff are stretched or something.
