Jaay2: Stability or just H2 vibes...hmmmm
Difficult to tell at the moment
If it's Stability the best is to buy plenty now b4 you hear it's gotten to new time high
If it's just H2 vibes and dividend, by ending of July eye go clear
My approach would still be staggered...Controlled top up throughout July H2 vibes o, dangote shocker will still come in September |

If the ASI doesn’t settle at 225k points, we may be entering an actual bear market, if not, then we can assume this correction is in its final stages. |

Support seems to be settling at 225k points on the ASI. Lets see if it settles or continues to dip |

Iamblessed8888: Lol Bro. CS has fallen below 50% and CSOF down to 60%. If you invested in CSOF some weeks back when it was 100%, you would have 60M left now.🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
And many believe the main yakubu is yet to begin. I think moving to MMf is smart for now
Someone was comparing zedcrest to csof the other time. I hope they have their answer now. Flexibility. If you leave csof now before the stipulated wait period, a 20% penalty or so will still be applied to the 60M it applies to Zedcrest too, the only difference is they’re all better than some fund managers that require 180 days wait period as opposed to 90 days |

ollypass: Yeah at this pull back point I don't think we have more than -10% dip to go from here, wish I could do a Fibonacci retracement 📉 on Zedcrest but portfolios ain't single stock .So if your good with NCA wait till say 70% ish and if you never catch the ultimate bottom you should still be alright if you start buying back in at that region ...what the heck is even happening with Dangotes IPO...why is the buzz not helping the NGX from this Yakubu from what I’ve heard, it’s two things, money is leaving the market either because T+1 is not favorable to international investors or people are trying to position for the IPO so basically dumping other stock for him |

Dramadiddy: Someone is laughing cos we’re moving portfolios to MMF, riddle me this, I put my money in Zedcrest since January and I made 118% profits, a pullback happens and I move my portfolio to maintain my profits and prepare to buy back in. Currently Zedcrest has pulled back to 90% ish, and will likely pull back even more, it’s a no brainer to buy back when the market has entered accumulation phase by the way, Zedcrest has pulled back to 83% !!! What an opportunity, there’s no way Zedcrest won’t end the year with 100%+ but it’s obvious that taking advantage of this dip will even make you more than zedcrest’s reported return at the end of the year. |

CSblackpink: I just think they are not confident enough, I guess. Those in the game know that red is an opportunity to build wealth; however, if profit-taking and coming back in the bull run will make them happy, they can always go ahead. I’m not even waiting for bull run, my idea is to buy back as the dip continues , that’s an opportunity to accumulate. As much as a company is good to buy into, price must be attractive. |

Jaay2: Making more money is simply one person making a gain/a lot of cash and someone else loosing at the other end or not making a lot more profit- reality of investing or trading stocks no, money is made by exchange of value, the paper money is just a measurement of that. |
Investment › Re: Equity Investment. by Dramadiddy(m): 3:33am On Jun 30 |
CSblackpink: Nice decision; however, those that made huge gains from stocks or equity held through volatility. I hope your gains compound well in MMF and wait for the next bull run. On my side, I've seen how compounding works in stocks and how it brings huge gains. fair enough but profit taking is also valid. We’re here to make money at the end of the day. |

If I wanted to see the trend over time of Zedcrest and Paramount equity funds, where would I look? It doesn't seem to be readily available in the apps. nobody is tracking that, the SEC does but not like over a month period, rather weekly but they don’t even upload the information weekly |

ollypass: Thanks I may need to download my trading view again ..though the ASI has misled some on here to wonder " ASI is green why did xyz fund return red on my investment " forgetting the bouquet of stocks in that particular fund is what determines Thier return on the day and not a broad indicator as the ASI. You definitely need it to track sentiment, don’t mind those guys |
Investment › Re: Equity Investment. by Dramadiddy(m): 7:44pm On May 29 |
ollypass: My two cents for those asking , is the dip buyable now ? for equity investors which is long term, time in the market always beats timing the market. You get money ? Just buy, you can never get the absolute bottom cos your dip today may latter be the top of a new down trend a few days down the line ...but in the long run (5 years e.g.) did you get a 350 to 400% increase ? if not more? Don't miss the diversity of the Amazon while being fixated on an Anaconda. concerning buying the dip, it’s too early to say, it’s just two days of straight line activity, maybe next week will determine if this is where the ASI will decide to rest before the next run |
