Not really, doctors do similar things here, maybe not to d point of dancing tho but I bet it's rare dere as well dats y it's news.
As for resources, Nigeria has zero value for it's resources. If you see a doctor practicing here, it's either because he doesn't have d means of leaving or because he's uncertain of what lies ahead abroad.

It's not as bad as you're thinking.. in fact, it's not bad at all.. D reduced width makes it easier to reach d top, also, in d home screen or app drawer you can pull down notification from d middle of screen..
