yes but don't buy it if you want to watch mtn worldwide channels the powervu software only support is20 I have tested it. you can buy 3d, tiger tg1666, powersat, skybox with pv software if you want cheep receiver that will give you sp24 and Is20. Dsat will work but it has a problem of not picking signal when using disecq switch on some satellite.

My digisat come with the software o 2015 and after edditing the old p keys sony and disccovery channels are working fine

I have been on this site since 2012 to present under various usernames including ND24, AREA24, RAHMAN24,RAHMAN28 among others. @all those that want their decoder to do autoroll, just set OTA menu and set it on mtn worldwide frequency and save, make sure u select the satelite u use to scan the channel, TP and symbol rate on the OTA menu and save it.

Unless you use Dongle I mean illegal side
But take not Dongle have side infect as well
