I brought a new a Airtel sim then resubscribed but it's not still working and I didn't subscribe for that 2g subscription plan.

I've already called the customer care line and dem said they will refund it within 12 hours so I'll buy a new sim tomorrow to resubscribe for the 3gb for 1k.
Please what should I do so that I won't make several mistakes again

Please I need to know if this Airtel 1k for 3gb stills works on Android and what will I do to make it work because I've tried tweaking several times and it didn't work and also change the APN to blackberry.net, Internet.ng.airtel.ng, blackberry.com.
