SSpeter: I do not have any problems, I am only stating that the way young entrepreneurs come up with quick and untested ideas can be worrisome, hence one should take precautionary steps Can you give us the opportunity to correct your mindset about the youth ? Invest 2M. I dont meed physical cash. I will ask you to pay farm resources companies for supplies and they send to me. If i pay, i will repay you 4M |

Konquest: Aha! I initially thought the project originally belongs to you. Are you an Agribusiness consultant or just simply have your own Agribusinesses? I have my farms but when they ran into confusion, i was the one that created the harvesting comtigency plans and by so, i was awarded the contract to harvest it. And to also sell them after harvest. Mine is Cassava and Maize i posted earlier... |

I have three massive pumos and secured lands beside the rivers. Operation Beans,Soya Beans, Maize |

Konquest: This is the reason why "contingency costs" have to be factored into every investment project in order to guard against shortfalls in overhead costs in these times of global inflation and uncertainties. Since the project has reached the harvest stage, in the next farming cycle you embark on, the costs of planting can be scaled down a bit in order to factor in the contingency costs which is usually 5% of the total cost of the entire project. The farm isnt mine. In my own project designs, i mke sure i have resources from start toll finish. Or i turn to kultiple contigency plans. I didnt watch Batman all throughout my adolesecnce for nothing o. I have 5 contingency plans in any productivity i engage in |

After wasting years in the wilderness, they would see the truth and recognize it better. I will rather work with ErnestHugo, whom i see as an extravagant optimist. We wll set up youtube channels and all. The processes and everything will be clear in public. If i no transform whatever funds he brings into atleast 400%, I am not a man |

gforce5: OP, listen to this joker at your own peril. Blokes like him keep regurgitating the same crap for past 30 years. Talking about farming when farmers cannot visit their farms due to kidnapping, unknown gunmen, boko haram and insurgency. Talking about setting up a business in a country where many mulltinationals have jumped ship. Are you wiser than Guinness, Glaxco and Shoprite that have been doing business in Nigeria for decades? Are you wiser than Richard Branson, a globally renowned business man, who bitterly complained about the cost of doing business in Nigeria? Do you think that it's easy setting up a business in a country where the middle-class (the engine of any economy) has been wiped out due to poor economic policies and inflation that has destroyed many businesses?
OP, if you must venture into business, go to a country that is business friendly and your money will take you far like Senegal, Cote d'ivoire or Ghana. Business my a** like it's that simple. Hahahaha. You exposed your ignorance. The garri we love so much in the SW must be produced in Sudan. Clown |

Pjoe238: That's if herdsmen will allow the farm to see the light of the day. Sometimes we talk as if we are not in Nigeria. Do you know how many people that have loss everything they had trying to build wealth in Nigeria. I believe you have seen several farms that were destroyed by herdsmen.
You may have read about people who return from overseas to establish in Nigeria but still loss their lives.
Although, people also lost their lives overseas but don't talk as if building wealth in Nigeria is a guarantee. Let's just allow people with their choices and wish them well instead of discouraging them. I have been in the hinterlands forests for over two years. All the fulanis in my domain know me personally. We have learnt to live together |

samuelson06: Guy, rest. Today, EFCC raiding my compound. I if you were there, they would have arrested you. The rest explanation would be in their office. Allow those that have money to leave, leave. Our government isn't putting things in place to help the people. They only care about themselves. Their armed men are messing the citizens anyhow they want. Allow others to leave if you can't. As a sound business.person, i knew 10M would not do much. Infact i encourage people to go abroad. I simply asked him to grow his funds through productive enterprise and embark on his trip with his profitable interests |

Babangidapikin: Yeah that is where the pain his, even with money ,you still might not find labourers ..So imagine putting an office man through that stress ..It is better to let people to know that farming is not easy before they invest and start complaining of back pain. The pay is worth the stress. If any man however office man learns the ROI he tends to get from two years of production, he wont mind the stress. The motivation and energy would come. I know this much. |
