Okk, atleast u understand i. I have paid it mak3 i get peqce. TopeQs: It’s correct, for that stage certification, it’s now 70% of the building processing fee and not 35%, 35% x 2 = 70%. that’s they asked you to pay twice. It’s to Lagos state, not to an individual.
That’s part of the hike I am saying, I just found that out this year too. |

Am totally confused pls look at this calculations why am I paying the B part twice? On the certificate it is listed one time. But on the message they send me they said am paying stage certification 2 times. 1090m x 2

I just haveva feeling that the person am using that works in the officehas jackedthese prices ip. I have no way of confirmingif these are real or not whoch is veryfrustrating TopeQs: LABSCA just jacked up their prices these past few weeks and it’s disturbing.
You need to have someone who works in their office directly that you can meet, not people loitering around, real staffs.
That’s the only way you can be sure of what you pay. |

1, building processing fee..3,115,941.82 2, stage certification A......1,090,579.46 B.......1, 090,579.46 3, tax 3,000,000 for 2 people. Total= 8,297,100.74 Then-
Lupar 550 Authorization 1m Running fee 900 Total 2.450m.
The property is only a semidetached house with 2 floors in AjaH.
Pls can anyone verify these? |

Good day all.
We thinking of building a house in lagos . A twin duplex to be specific. So the contractor recommended an architect, who we have paid. He submitted the initial drawings today and am in shock.
Pls see below. He is insisting the plan is ok since its semi but even in my layman eyes I see many things wrong. 1. Toilet covering the front, No windows?? 2. In short am tired. Have a look and tell me how u would prefer this layout.
